I bought out a pair of trainers via this site for £365 yesterday. But suddenly got cancelled today without any explanation and when I check the site again they changed it to £799 they put the price there to begin with and if the buyer were the ones who made a mistake theres no refund policy. What a shame. Hope you guys can sell. I guess a big company like this can also FLAKE.

I highly recommend Mc KICKZ for anyone looking for a great sneaker shopping experience. The store has an impressive collection of sneakers, knowledgeable staff, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. I would advise Mc KICKZ to anyone who is looking to buy a new pair of shoes!

Absolutely appalling. Daylight robbery. My 15 year old son bought a pair of trainers, having been told by the shop assistant that they were rare, and that if he was able to get them elsewhere, that they would be fakes. Being 15 year old, he believed what the assistant told him and made the purchase. The initial asking price for the trainers at McKicks, was £235.00. Upon telling the shop assistant that he only had £195.00 of his Christmas money left, they reduced the price to £195.00 for him. He thought he was getting a bargain.

The trainers are readily available online and in other high street stores for the RRP of £115.00.

When my son told me about this, I contacted the store to air my concerns, only to be told that there were absolutely no refunds and the matter was final. Basically, it was tough! No compassion, no morality, absolutely appalling that they took advantage of a 15 year old. Matter reported to Trading Standards.
