Excellent customer service. Their supplier forgot to include a DVD drive in the PC I purchased. Upon informing the company, Amit immediately refunded £40 to my bank account without question. Brilliant service!

I bought one of their computer systems on eBay, in December 2022.

Their communication was excellent and they advised me every step of the way, on the delivery time etc.

When the computer arrived, it was properly packed to ensure it not get damaged by the courier.

When I powered on the system, it went into Windows and was fully patched and prepared for me to use immediately.

Markoni Computing is an excellent vendor and I will be using them to purchase any future computer systems I require.

This is my first experience with Markoni and, honest, I would never ever purchase anything to do with computers from anywhere else ever!! Not only did the product arrive well packed with all necessary accessory and simple to follow brief instructions that worked the HP micro-computer I was recommended by Markoni and it worked straight out of the box when connected as instructed. With appropriate SSD fitted inside, I can see the computer boots to life instantly and I did not need to install any drivers for my printer or even the very old DVD writer that now perform superb. I could not hesitate recommending Moarkoni products and services to anyone who is serious about acquiring lightningly fast and stae of art latest piece of computing hardware. Five stars from me.

I recently purchased a refurbished laptop from Markoni and was very happy with the price, condition and quality. However when I looked at the keyboard it was a European keyboard instead of a UK one. Initally I was obviously pretty disappointed. However once I contacted Markoni and pointed this out to them their support could not have been better. They sent a courier to pick up the laptop the next day, replaced the keyboard and had the laptop back to me in a week in perfect working order. They were very apologetic and kept me very well informed of progress the whole time. I was very impressed with their reaction to and remediation of the problem. As a result I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy a laptop.

I had bought Dell Optiplex PC at very reasonable price last year and is working fantastic as of now. Very good quality product.

Purchased a reconditioned Dell 9020 which they installed an upgraded graphics card. Very please with quality of product and that it had been fully tested. Whisper quite and works like a dream. Arrived before expected date.

Recently purchased a second laptop from Markonicomputing as an upgrade on my last. The laptop is faultless and so is this company. They always give great, honest advice whenever you need it and are committed to trying to diagnose any problem you may have with your computer regardless of how long it's been. For example, I felt I needed more RAM due to pops & clicks I was hearing from my monitors when I playing my MIDI keyboard through my laptop. After speaking to them and explaining all of this, I realised that it was completely unnecessary. They could of easily sold me more RAM to benefit them but they were only concerned with my satisfaction. How's that for honestly and care!

I had the privilege to purchase a computer with generosity of a kind donor for my community centre. We needed a business computer for running an information platform and the best deal and services were provided to us by Amit Dave. Unfortunately due to the 'lockdown' we needed the equipment delivered within a short period of time to an address where the expert was to install and run the required software. Not only did we manage to do this on time but Amit went out of his way to get us additional equipment needed to achieve this aim. We were very pleased and would recommend the company to anyone thinking of purchasing a similar item.

I have purchased so many PCS from different companies in the past but have not last long and had problems with it. While browsing through ebay i came across markoni computing who has been selling extremely high end quality PCS at a very decent price.I bought from them and its nearly 2 years and its still running perfect without any heating issues or slowing of speed. The experience of purchasing a high spec laptop from Markoni was supremely straightforward. Amit was very honest and transparent in our correspondence and most importantly the laptop is in great working order.
