Unprofessional, stay away
I bought a deluxe fridge that was supposed to be delivered within 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks I contacted them asking why nothing happened yet and at that moment they realised they actually had not this mode available!!
It is summer and a special size fridge so it is not easy or cheap to replace it quickly.
They simply said they had no solutions and that I will be refunded... one month has passed since my order and I still have no fridge or refund!!! Very unprofessional

Appalling company that gives not a…
Appalling company that gives not a single bit about customer service, preferring instead to lose them and Amazon a sale because of petty rules.
Said we needed a French mobile so they could send us a text for delivery of a fridge, we don't have one but they refused to use our UK number - bear in mind it was just a text of a delivery date, nothing else.
Wouldn't budge so lost the sale for them and for Amazon. I made a formal complaint to Amazon.

The worst scammers ever.
Delivered damaged fridge and dish washer. It took them 2 weeks to collect the item. And now taking more than 2 weeks to refund it, saying they are very busy with refunds.
Be aware - they are busy with refunds. Means something, doesn't it?
