Scammers. Any chance they get they will steal your money and then hide behind bureaucracy and government corruption.

I loan 5000 only but I see on my statement of account I need to pay 14,000 the Interest rate is too high I want to returned the 5000 that they give me but no one reply Sana my sumasagot sa email & ayusin service nila kasi kung mataas interest kawawa Ang tao

I borrowed 10,000 php 2weeks ago and upon checking my repayment amount as of this moment is already 24,000 php. I tried to login several times but the password was not sent. one of the reason why it took several days until I saw my loan amount doubled with a short period of time including the hidden charges that you need to pay in order to close the transaction. I am planning not to pay the excessive charges because it is obviously a SCAM and it is definitely against the law.

This is by far the worst loan app I’ve ever used. At first, the process seems quick and easy — but don’t be fooled. The interest rates are unreasonably high, sometimes even more than 100% for short-term loans. What they don’t clearly tell you upfront is that fees and penalties pile up faster than you can pay them.

I was about to lend a money, I fill out the form but never send any cash money. But the worse thing, after 1 month they call you in different numbers and asking for the payment and due. How was that happened? I am asking them where they send the money but no one is answering my questions

I have already returned the money, yet the company continues to claim they have been trying to contact me and are now demanding that I repay the remaining balance or pay an additional $1,800 in fines. Based on my experience, I would advise others to be cautious, as I feel the company has not been transparent or honest in their communications.

they sent me email saying that the loan granted was 2,400, but they sent me only 1,500 and the service cost is 900 pesos. at first i thought it was really 0.19% interest a day.

I returned the full principal amount just 1 day after they sent the loan because I was shocked by all the hidden fees I was suddenly required to pay — including an “electronic doctor fee” I had no idea about.

I even emailed them early to clarify, but they said I had to pay everything, not just the principal. That’s unfair and misleading.

I already paid back what I borrowed, and I don’t plan to pay the remaining hidden charges, yet they still keep emailing me to collect more.
I don’t recommend this loan app. Be careful!

Planning to address this to NBI. I got all the screenshot. Let's gather for mass filing of the case. This is ridiculous. I am just inquiring for future reference but I got approved immediately and received the money with high interest and processing fee. They sent me 1500 but according to the app, I loaned amounting of 2400 lmao.

This is a complete scam. I borrowed 150 euros and now I'm supposed to pay back 600. I live in Spain, and Spanish law clearly states that a consumer has the right to withdraw from a loan within 14 days of signing the agreement. I exercised this right and withdrew – according to the law, I only need to repay the principal amount.

Unfortunately, their customer service is not working, so I have no way to contact them. However, this does not mean that I have to pay the full amount. The law allows for a unilateral withdrawal from the contract – and that's exactly what I did. They will get the loan amount back, and that's it. I have full documentation to support this.

If they continue to harass me, I will report the matter to the police.

Don't try this online loan provider apart from hidden extra charges they are really insecure like they will call you from time to time even you are already paid up to date because they manually xchecking from the client they and their support are really rude

TOO HIGH INTETEREST AND NOT TRANSPARENT
I inquired and see how much i can loan,but they just approved without showing how much or what the terms were. They disbursed the amount 1K to my account and then showed me repayment is due in 15 days and that i need to pay almost twice the amount i was approved. I want to give them back the money.

This loan company is a big SCAM. I was just inquiring af first then without confirming it to me they approved it. When I was able to log in to my account, I was able to see the loan agreement and it shows that the loan was disbursed to my GCash account but when I checked my GCash history, there is no transaction pertaining to the loan. And now they are bombing my logs for me to pay even I don’t receive a single penny. Trust me I won’t pay a single dime since I wasn’t able to receive any of it. AGAIN THIS LOAN COMPANY IS A SCAM!

Too much ibterest

I applied for a loan and encoded some details. to my surprise it immediately processed the application without showing me the loan details including the amount of loan, repayment amount and loan terms. I was just notified that the loan will be disbursed in 3 days. After 15 days, collecting agents call me saying that my due is approaching. I tried sending message in email to give me proof that the loan was disbursed to my account but no answer. I had no choice but to pay. When I was able to log in to my account, I was able to see the loan agreement and it shows that the loan was disbursed to my GCash account but when I checked my GCash history, there is no transaction pertaining to the loan. I think I was scammed!

If there a zero star I could easily have put it for Kviku online bank (Cyprus)! On 26/03/2025 I tried to take a loan of 300€ from an online bank (different than kviku) but kviku sent an email of confirmation of contract under their name and gave me only 10€ on my bank account, they sent 10€ on 26/03/2025 on my bank account then on 28 of the same month I sent back this 10€ , sent them.an.email of the proof of payment and they said they received nothing ! I emailed them many times they kept saying the same thing. Went to my bank to bank their upcoming payments with interests. KVIKU IS A TOTAL SCAM AND THEY NEED TO PAY FOR WHAT THEY DO IN CYPRUS AND EUROPEAN UNION. As I saw there are a lot of people who got scammed from this scammer bank

KVIKU IS A SCAM I WANT TO RETURN THEIR MONEY AS THIS IS LAUNDERING IF ANY FURTHER MONEY WILL BE TAKEN ON MY ACCOUNT I WILL SUE THIS COMPANY, I NEVER APPROVED THE LOAN I'M JUST INQUIRING FIRST AND THE LOAN JUST GOT APPROVE RIGHT AWAY WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE AND 1K is not enough dude. Please respond to this review on how to proceed with reporting this KVIKU to have their company be down.
