App and everything gives wrong…
App and everything gives wrong direction for the bus stop from KBH airport. If no-one is there to assist (random people on the streets) good luck finding the spot. You can easily miss your bus because the damn site doest give the right information and ofcourse it will be pinned on you to pay the night stay at a hotel and rebooking of transport and everything else involved.

PS. On the main street you will see Comfort Hotel, the buss stop it's on the other side (you look at the hotel across the street) and the bus stop says FJERNBUS - LONG DISTANCE BUS

Vey nice tour

The service from CPH airport to Bornholm/Svaneke was very good. However, we almost missed the bus at the airport because the destination was not clear, drivers didn't help or didn't speak English, and with many buses arriving in the same spot but not queuing you may miss the one you need. Another small issue relates to the food and drinks included in the ticket. No one or no sign informed passengers in English that food and drinks had to be claimed in the ferry, so we ended up not getting it. Finally, the bus was supposed to have wifi but we had no clue of the password. Apart from that, the trip itself was ok, on time and very convenient to reach Bornholm straight from the airport.

Low prices and very good experience in general. I couldn't know the exact departure isle until the bus was there because it was announced for a city other than the one I was headed to on the departure info screen.

Kombardo Expressen is generally a reliable and convenient way to travel between Jylland and Sjælland. It’s quite affordable, especially if you book your tickets in advance. One of the highlights is the ferry ride, where you can walk around, grab something to eat or drink, use the restrooms, and enjoy the scenic views—it's a nice break in the journey.

However, I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars due to a frustrating experience I had when traveling from Copenhagen to Aarhus. On that occasion, I couldn’t locate my bus, and unfortunately, none of the other Kombardo drivers were particularly helpful. The situation became even more confusing when the bus I was scheduled to take never showed up. Eventually, one of the other drivers advised a group of us to board other buses heading in the same direction, since they were running just a few minutes apart and would all pass through Aarhus.

The main issue was the lack of clear communication. There was a screen showing platform assignments, but the information turned out to be inaccurate because drivers parked at the wrong platforms. This led to passengers running back and forth based on hearsay about where our bus might be—only to end up right where we started. It was a stressful experience, made worse by the fact that no one seemed able or willing to provide accurate information.

While I would still recommend Kombardo Expressen overall, I hope they improve communication and coordination at major departure points to avoid this kind of confusion in the future. I would prefer not to repeat the experience of anxiously wondering whether my bus will arrive or if I’ll make it to my destination on time.

Easy to navigate website and overall experience very good

We always enjoy Kombardo ekspress. There are plenty of food options and small playground in the ferry. It was always fun experience. But I am sorry to hear that Kombardo song has changed… The old song was classic!

Absolutely fabulous experience with Kombardo both times I've used them. Their opposition can't even be compared. Cheerful, informative and clever drivers. Well done Kombardo.

Comfortable, practical and on time. Kombardo Expressen is a great solution when crossing from Jylland to Sjaelland as there is an opportunity to stretch legs on the ferry, instead of sitting in the bus for long ride. Bus was on time, exactly where it should have been and on/offboarding was easy.

Very good choice when you want to travel in DK. It's not expensive, especially when you order your ticket 1-2 months before your journey. You can have 20kg luggage with you for free!
Only 1 thing got me confused... When I travelled FROM CPH airport, in EXPRESSEN app it shows bus stop in front of Terminal 3 (it's even written Terminal 3)- on another side of the street. BUT! The truth is- Kombardo bus stop is where they write in Google Maps "Kombardo Expressen CPH Lufthavn" - and it's on the same street as airport and in front of P10 parking building. So be aware of that!

(23 April 2025 ): Never travel in this Kombardo Expressen bus, I saw some reviews that this bus sometimes get cancelled or reschedule but I didn't considered those reviews and I trusted other people nice reviews and I booked the bus but later they rescheduled my bus from 3 pm to 4 pm without thinking that many people are going to the Copenhagen airport which could be a big problem. They don't care about your time and your money. I would like to tell you more that my previous booking was at 3.55 pm, but I thought to reach Copenhagen airport well before time I changed the booking for 3 pm bus and this was was rescheduled to 4 pm. They charged extra money from me and when I asked them to refund the extra money since your bus was late and they refused to refund because I changed the booking before getting the message that the bus at 3 pm would be late. So it is my fault that I changed the Booking for the 3 pm bus, and it is not their fault that the 3 pm bus started at 4 pm. What about the people who has a flight from Copenhagen airport at 8 pm, 8.30 pm or 9 pm. I am sure they would have missed it. If you have to go to the airport never take this bus.

The driver of our bus 20/12/24 15:00 pm was a lady so kind and lovely from Aarhus to Cph she was so so kind

Great service and sustainable way to travel. Very punctual and relaxing way to travel. Good driver on the bus and good captain on the ferry. Very pleasant trip. Fair price for tickets. Tidy bus and ferry.

What a wonderful experience! Jolly is a legend and made the experience so homie. We had accidentally booked our tickets for the day after but he allowed us to come onboard since there was space. Highly recommended!

Like always nice clean comfortable bus. Leave and arrive on time after a safe drive where the driver was friendly with a good sense of humor.
