Wish the council would employ another contractor…

Collection was missed with the reason given that the road was blocked. One entrance was blocked by a fallen tree after high winds the night before, the other entrance to the road was clear & easily accessible yet they chose not to use this. Missed collection reported & a text was received a few days later to say the rubbish had been collected - it hadn’t!!! No doubt they’re sending the text to massage the data! As this happened over a bank holiday there was no way of speaking to anyone. Really wish the council would employ another contractor

Rude customer service!

I have just spoken to a very rude and unapologetic customer service rep. My bin was not taken and marked as not presented having been only slightly away from the boundary, I moved it slightly while speaking to one of the refuge collectors and whilst the refuge collection vehicle was still in the road. I raised a complaint only to be called and spoken to with a totally rude attitude!
Disgusting and rude customer service all round from this company!
Hopefully Woking Borough Council will consider giving the business to another company!

Disgusted that the green garden bins…

Disgusted that the green garden bins are not been emptied till 2022,I know we have a driver shortage couldn’t there have emptied before cancelling.my garden bin is full I can’t empty it and take it to the tip I have paid for a service which you haven’t delivered this year.

They need to improve

It says on their website "your bin will be delivered in 10 working days"....mine took 17, and that was only after I had complained.
Two months later, my bin should have been emptied 8 times, but has only been emptied twice !

Thirdparty fullfilling council services with no obligation to the customer

I have been waiting for a garden bin to be delivered for the past 4 weeks, their contact centre and website are a designed joke with no respect for the customer. I really hope the councils who have signed up for their services will review their Service Levels. Yes, covid is affecting a lot of things, that is not the point. The point is all about services that has transferred from one hand to other with no trace of accountability.
