Have change my new phone to Iphone 17…

Have change my new phone to Iphone 17 with IOS26. Found my Anyto app / IGO app does not transfer from old to new phone as account embedded old imei (i think). As since I m not longer using my old phone (trading off) so I need this Anyto app/IGo to work on my new Iphone 17 which I can’t install as the software was locked to my old phone account.
Emailed Customer Service and was promptly responded by Ms Sherry and she immediately updated my new phone status in order for new installation to my new phone. And yes, it work for Iphone 17 and Ios26.
