Flawless experience. I bought an Onkyo AV receiver because the price was great—better than in Spain. It arrived in just 48 hours (from France, it was an international delivery), several days earlier than the expected delivery date. They even included a photo of the package in the order details before shipping, which was a nice touch.

This is T H E best web shop for hi-fi products. I bought the amazing Technics SL1200 GR2 turntable and an Ortofone 2M Bronze cartridge for the best price achievable and it was shipped fast and arrived in fine condition. I will most definitely shop there again. I give it my best recommendations. BRAVO!

HomeCineSolutions are a great company to deal with. I ordered a 77" TV to Ireland, and it arrived within two weeks and working / packaged perfectly. One are I would recommend they review is the use of Geodis as a delivery partner. They're tracking does not work and they are unresponsive when contacted. Thankfully Lea from HomeCineSolutions was able to go back and forth with them on my behalf to ensure everything was still ok. 5 stars for HCS if not for the delivery experience!

On the 5th of June i ordered the sonos arc ultra + sub 4 pack at a good price and everything started smoothly.
After 2 weeks I found it odd that it hadn't arrived and contacted HomeCineSolutions to understand what was going on and they contacted the carrier. They were trying to deliver at the wrong country and tried to do so for another week even though the address was correct and it had already been resent. At this point I understand that it is not HomeCineSolution fault.
After that week I inform them that I want to cancel and want my money back. They cancelled but said that could only return the money once they get their product back, because the carrier might still try to deliver the product. Fair.
On the 4th of July I received an email from them saying they got their product back but doesn't mention the sub and they say they can't return the money because the carrier might still try to deliver the sub even though on the tracking says "returned".
It has now been two weeks since they claim to have only received the soundbar without the sub and still won't return my money when their issue is with the carrier and not with me, so it is starting to feel like a scam.

I have nothing against HomeCineSolutions as a company, but I would not recommend sending anything from them, as their shipping company Geodis is incompetent, they have had a package sitting for 5 working days without anything happening, I have contacted HomeCineSolutions 2 days in a row, where they will contact Geodis and get back when they hear something from Geodis, and nothing happens, so I have cancelled my order.
My recommendation - search for a better shipping company.

As an Hi-Fi shop is very very good, I definitely recomand the shop but the main problem is they work with Geodis and Geodis lose my package, we are speaking here about Hi-Fi audio very expressive equipment how is possible to lose such an big box? The worst shipping company Geodis. My advice search for better shipping company then them!

Ordered a Focal Sub 1000F on Thursday 28/11. On monday 2/12 the sub arrived in Denmark. for sure not the last time I will buy from HomeCineSolutions. I'm impressed.

I bought a Focal SUB 1000 F, Focal CC 900 and XLR cable with home ciné solutions. Their prices are unbeatable, so I'm still buying with them. Just be aware that return shipping is not included if you dislike the product. In my case, the 1000 Watt subwoofer produced a rattling noise at only 85 decibels, which falls short of the promised output level. The reimbursement (which takes up to 3 weeks) was forgotten by them, which was solved quickly after I reminded them --> take care to follow up on reimbursements. I wrote a 3 star review on the subwoofer on their website explaining the rattling issue and they didn't allow it to get posted. The 5 star reviews concerning the other products did get posted --> don't trust the reviews on their website and look elsewhere!

They don't know their product and made me buy incompatible hardware.
Message exchange is horrendous, they answer to half the questions and provide poor advices : they wanted me to buy more hardware implying that the issue was on my side before even checking that they gave me incompatible hardware.
When confronted about it they even dare to tell that they don't have the time to answer properly to questions because they have many costumers.
The level of audacity is simply disgusting, I wish I never purchased from them.
