Total scam
Total scam, they rob your money, block all communications with you…
This company is a scam!
This company is a scam!
It used to be a legitimate company years ago but nowadays they transformed into scammers.
They stopped their crypto mining activities (allegedly because China shut them down) and refund only 1/10 of what the users payed for the mining power.
If you invested recently you lose 90 % of your investment.
They refuse to send the miners to the users and they also refuse to continue mining in another country outside of China.
My guess: they "buy" back the miners for a penny on the dollar and then take the miners and move them outside China to continue making profits.
A fraud company.
A fraud company.
They robbed my money by price
Sold eth hash at 18$ and redeem with 7$ with any words, no communication just announced they are banned by China government.
50% price gap was stolen, look their greedy mouth and remember their ugly face
Dishonest people… I regret investing there
I am part of a group that is becaming victim from a criptomining site called HASHNEST.com from CHINA and we are trying to recover our funds. Please help us to report the problem overseas. They are partnered with the BIGGEST mining machine manufacturer called BITMAIN, which is suposed to be honest.
As maybe you are aware, after the China Ban our machines stop working, now they propose a 8USD for each unit TH/s, that we bought from 100 USD, a 90% loss. We ask you to revise this value for a fair market value as specified in our contract.
I in particular loss but there are more than 1.000 users harmed and I am organising a group.
We only ask then to return the money or the machines to each address but they ignore all comunication and blocked us from their social media.
Don't use this company or any other Chines one
They Scam Us for Long time don't send any money or pay us for more 3 months and now want buy our Hashes for just 2$ instead of 11$ What the hell they do and no options to ship us our miners we offer to pay shipping cost!!!!!!
Absolute scam
Absolute scam! Stay away at all cost. They stopped mining, did not pay any profit for 3 months and then cheated all investors buy buying back hashrate 8-10 times lower than real price. Auwful company. Never trust them!
Questionable
I purchased my miner (S19) via Hashnest in the middle of March. It takes 15 days for them to get it running. Miner actually started on April 2nd. Since then (49 days ago), I have only received payouts on 27 days. That is 55%. And, as of right now, they are out of power without an estimated uptime. So that percentage will continue to drop. It seems lately that the 'power losses' coincide with the drops in Bitcoin price.
I am able to withdraw from my wallet. I wouldn't keep a lot of Bitcoin with Hashnest as I expect at someday they will shutdown and keep everyone's Bitcoin.
I knew going into this that there as a potential to lose my entire investment. I hope that the site can stay up for another to recoup my investment.
Good luck to all.
Unreliable and unpredictable
I can only second the previous reviewers experience. Hashnest does pay money into your wallet and you are able to withdraw it but they find all kinds of excuses why your miners are not working today. They recently didn't pay money in for a month because they had to "move equipment to a new location". They also regularly miss days because of power outages. I hope that I can make my money back over time, but if I was given a choice I would not work with them again even if they were only reseller of mining capacity.
Don't use this company.
My miner has been offline for over a month. I have tried to get in contact with them and have not had a response. My advice is don't use this company.
Review From 5 Years Experience
HashNest are not a traditional scam. You are usually able to withdraw crypto and get payouts etc. But they take a lot of liberties. Often their mining farms have electricity interruptions due to flooding or some other reason like moving to new mining farm or testing equipment. This is a complete lie. They cash in on the mining profits. They also adjust prices of hardware based on demand even though they explicitly state that costs remain the same regardless of BTC price.
Make no mistake. They effectively steal some of your crypto before it makes it into your wallet, but at least your wallet is safe and you can withdraw (if they don't lock your account for a few days for no reason). Beware. Cloud mining has no accountability anywhere.
Today I received a mail that someone…
Today I received a mail that someone tried to login to my account to hashnest which I don't even have account with them

They change the prices of the miners every single week, if they see an increase of BTC they increase the prices. But what im annoyed about is that they actually trim your mining payout, i caught them 3 times that my payout was lesser than what my TH/s would mine, about 20% lower. I demanded an explanation and they said some of the miners where offline, which is absolutely a lie because they were still charging me the full amount for the maintenance cost. Beware they are not honest in the payout. Also their app lacks security and is a high risk.

Bought recently some mining contracts that got suspended for more than 1 month. Repetitive failures, always pushed on to customers.
Be advised, along the time it lost all quality, if you care about your money, dont trust in them.
No customer support
Strange withdrawal from my account that I did not authorise. Happened even with 2fa active. Have had an open ticket to Hashnest support for over 48 hours now, still no reply, in my experience this is unacceptable.
