I love my extensions, but two days later my scalp is itching like mad. What can l do?

I paid $2500+ and they all fell out within less than 2 months. I followed every direction and even went above and beyond to take good care of such an expensive purchase. I went to see a new specialist and I'm going to give GreatLengths another try as we think it was the application rather than the hair quality. The new GL specialist is shocked by how badly the hair was applied. Each strand also pulled out my hair. I pray this new set will work. Is there anything I can do?

I've been wearing Great Lengths for 10 years now. While I love that they're ethically sourced and a certified B Corp, it's really all about the quality and longevity for me— no other brand can touch them.

I have been using great lengths for years with no problem then I was fitting with a bad batch. As soon as they were put in the bond was snapping and pulling out, I ended up taking them all out. They are very expensive so I sent all pics along with bonds as evidence and they came back to say that it was my fault as the bonds had been broken down with a product. I asked for the results but they still haven't provided so clearly a cop out. I know what to use on my hair extensions as I have been having them for years and used nothing different. Then they just closed the case, very disappointing as I have been a loyal customer for years. Never having them again after that experience. I have another brand in and haven't lost one. Customer service is awful and if you are dissatisfied they will probably use the same cop out with you so be warned as they are expensive.

The best quality!!! I’ve been doing Great Lengths extensions in NYC for 15 years. I have tried other brands not only on my clients but on myself. Every time I’ve tried to use other brands it’s never worth it! Nothing can compare to the quality of Great Lengths hair. It never feels or looks synthetic or fake. The colors always look natural and never fade like other brands. The texture of the hair is the most virgin-like I’ve ever seen. When it air dries, it has a beautiful natural wave. It holds curl and a smooth blow out. In humidity, it actually will frizz a bit like natural hair so it still blends instead of falling flat while the natural hair frizzes! The bond itself is strong enough that it doesn’t slide but breathable so it doesn’t damage the natural hair, especially during removal, it comes out so easily. I highly recommend!
