Get Set Clean are fantastic!! We have been using them for our two service accommodation flats. Clear communication , on time and the work is done to a very high standard . We appreciate all their efforts each time !

Awful experience with regular 2-bedroom cleaning: wrong products used, toilet seat ruined, as well as bathroom natural stone, despite all appropriate products being provided and shown. Cleaners don't speak English, so impossible to communicate. Company denies responsibility. We'll have to initiate a legal action, as it will cost a lot of money to restore the bathroom stone they ruined in our rented flat.

Get Set Clean are excellent to work with - great communication, very reliable and top quality work. I have worked with them numerous times already and would highly recommend them.

Get Set Clean were able to provide a bridge before we secured a local cleaner. We had used them before in similar circumstances and they were great in getting someone in at a date and time suited to us. Their communication is really very good and the cleaner - Laura - was also amazing. Highly recommended!

I am in the midst of moving flats and Anna came to my new flat to clean it pre move. She was amazing and wonderful. Extremely thorough, and made my life so much easier during my move because I was then able to move into a very clean, sparkling new flat!!

We have used get set clean for over two years to help with our airbnb rentals when we're on Holiday. They have not let us down once and have always provided a cleaner on time and ensured that our house is ready for our guests or us when we return from holiday. We started to work with Get Set Clean some time ago for our Airbnb property and we can say that they are very professional. Their cleaners are doing an exceptional job, following our instructions and providing us information/ pictures and reports after each cleaning session. We are also very happy with their booking system and that they are very responsive each time. We do hope that we'll have a long time collaboration.

It’s a big step to let someone into your home. I’ve tried a couple of cleaning services and had things broken or lost and not mentioned.

This one came by recommendation. Unfortunately they sent a young lady who didn’t have enough English to understand instructions fully or to read the cleaning supplies and know which to use. For example, surfaces were being cleaned with Febreeze. Apparently laundry was done without detergent. The shower door is now unusable, and this being broken was not mentioned to me.

I am deeply disappointed in the agency as they clearly do have people who work really well and are consistent, but unfortunately I didn’t meet them.

Also, it would help to my mind to offset the considerable price if there were a Living Wage mark on the website, but at the time of writing there isn’t one of these on the site.

It feels deeply uncomfortable to have had someone come into my home and break things, not do a thorough cleaning job, not be able to communicate, and perhaps be in unfair working conditions due to this agency. Going to request a refund.
