3rd time purchase online. Bought winter clothes for freeride skiing this time at good discounts. Hassle free delivery.

The physical shop is located in the area where I go almost every week but online shopping made me lazy to visit there.

Functionelles sent me a different product than the one I paid for.
According fjallraven customer service the variation sold by the company is an older one.
The company refused the give any information or compensation and finally I also paid twice shipping costs about €25 in total. Received only refund of the paid product and nothing more while i bought a sleeping bag a month earlier. Bad service and misleading website.

Good price, great selection, everything as expected

I wanted to order 3 products.

However, the site gave an error when paying. I wrote an email asking to please send me their IBAN number and I will pay by bank transfer, I also gave my address.
They asked me back, "Which payment method would you like to use?" I wrote that I would pay by bank transfer or if they fix the site then by card on the site. There was no response to this, I tried the site again, but it still gave an error, so I also sent an email about the error message. The response to this was: "this looks like that you order from a country we do not ship to. Where are you at home?"
I can choose my country when ordering, there are more then EU 20 countries. I wrote my address again that was in the very first email. I got the response that "For economic reasons, we do not deliver to your country any more."

I would have ordered almost 300 eur, I would have paid the maximum 20 eur shipping cost.

I don't understand them.
The worst customer service I have ever encountered. (my address was already there in the first email, but in the 4th email they told me that they don't ship here)

I bought from them many many times; good prices and fast delivery, even internationally. The ONE time that I needed to use their customer service, they were fast, friendly and efficient. 100% recommend.

Sent totally different shoes than ordered. I sent them a message that item is not correct and no one replied before making Paypal dispute. I returned the shoes with return label provided and they still refused to refund and demanded me to send proof that they had received the return. Tracking clearly stated that the return had been delivered. Only way to get the refund was to escalete the case through paypal. Several orders before and this is how they treat their customers. Totally unprofessional and I will never order again.

I buy a very expensive Fjallraven jacket. After a few months of use, down begins to come out in several places in the lining inside the jacket. Smartino will not accept my complain about this. They just describes it as regular wear

I am very very disappointed that such an expensive jacket is destroyed after a few months of use and that this is simply described as regular wear

I would not recommend anyone to shop here as this company as they do not take responsibility for the products they sell

The price was the best deal I found online for the Rucksack I wished. The products is great. I use it everyday and it's just what I wanted. The brands offered like Lowe Alpine for the bag I have, are good brands supplied by this company. Delivery costs were reasonable and fast too, by DHL/UPS

The best price I could ever found (Patagonia jacket Fitz Roy for women) and the best colour I wished for! (FreshTeal that I couldn't found anywhere else) - I receive the product in less that one week (shipped to Romania). That's really awesome!
Unfortunately, it's not the best fit for me, let's see how the Return goes :)

They say they have a refund policy but it's a scam, when I tried to return a patagonia jacket they said it has been "used" and they will charge me 100 euros for the "use". I only used it once to try it out and their 30 day return policy is bogus and you can be in for quite a surprise. NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!
