Their email does not work and so you will not get a reciept of order confirmation. They will find/make up problems with your returned products and they will not refund the full amount they owe you. Stay away from this scam site! They seem only to be in the business of robbing you. Please Rasmus, don't post your fake sorrys and whatnots. Screw you.

This company is extremely negligent on a multitude of levels! A friend of mine reached out to these clowns and they never even responded to his email! Sweden has the worst customer service ever because cold people will never ever understand the importance of empathy and kindness!

Unfortunately, I must express my disappointment with my recent online shopping experience. About 10 days ago, I ordered an El piano. However, despite my patience, I have not received any updates on the status of my order. Despite my repeated attempts to contact company via email and phone calls, I have not received any response. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated !!!

Terrible. They didn't ship my order for a month. I was in contact with support and they gave promises of delivering my order but it never happened. At least I got my money back.

Old site, false shipping times and upon talking to support they assure me the package will be sent out shortly. 11 Days later package still unshipped. They are apparently waiting for a shipment to their warehouse of one of the products i ordered.
Don't sell stuff you don't have in stock without notifying the customer first

Simply the best. Been a customer with emusic for two years now and always gotten best-in-class customer support, great promotions and fast delivery. Can't recommend enough.

I've bought studio equipment, instruments, live performance gear, and everything has been top notch.
