Paying 1600dkk montly for a bad service Roskilde - Copenhagen. Trains are hardly ever on time. Terrible conections with buses. No real time update on the changes. Delays are dropping minute by minute instead of being serious and report the real delaying time. 😞
Paying nearly DKK 2000 a month for a train pass, just to experience sardine-packed trains at rush hour and awfully long delays caused by *drum roll* teknisk problemer. Every. Single. Week. I have never been more motivated to drive a car.

The worst experience ever. The one that checking for tickets talks bad to us and we ask it nicely. I dont know why people like that is still working in public transportation if they dont have enough patience with all the questions we are asking.. we are not using much train thats why we need assistance. But him the guy that is working today intercity 8673 ,dated 26.07.21 We just ask why is it the wagon number is always changing number all the time since we started seating so that we know what to do and where to go. We come back and fort 3 times just to follow what it is written to the wagon number because its always changing!! Unbelievable!!!
The worst public transport in whole Europe I never experienced I don't know where taxes go but for sure not to the transport probably to the queen pocket really reach country but the most poor public transport
