Don't let the 5 star fake reviews fool you. This company does in fact take over a week Just to ship the product, for me it was 2 weeks. Do not order from this company, after blasting the phone lines since they only have 1 CS support agent, I finally spoke to someone and politely asked why this was all happening and why it was taking so long. The response I received was "we are working it" and then hung up on me right away. Pretty awful experience all around and they deserve the bad reviews.

All the owner has to do is put a disclaimer on their website that there is a backlog for shipping but since this has been going on for years, I think they are happy to take money and not care about the reviews, owner must have multiple businesses and this one is a cash grab

About to become a regular i think.
Took about 3 weeks to UK. Was sat with shipping label created status for 2 weeks but then once in the usps system it was around a week for delivery.

Very disappointing! Ordered a 60ml CBD vape juice and they just sent me the complete wrong item! I received a 5ml disposable vape, instead. When I complained, customer service was extremely poor and they refused to re-send me the item I actually ordered and paid for and told me “we are unable to re-ship international orders” no clue as to why this is, but since it was their stuff up, you’d think they’d actually try to rectify their mistakes! I waited weeks and weeks for this to arrive only to be disappointed and stuffed around. Makes them look very bad considering the last item I ordered, a CBD vape, and waited weeks for was completely faulty and never even worked. Complete waste of money and time.

I’ve received all but 1 of my orders, being in the UK 🇬🇧 I’m unbelievably appreciative of the hemp products and the quality. Always top quality. Thank you guys 🙏❤️

Great customer service and I haven't had to worry about a delivery. It may take a little longer but I think it's worth their great prices. I hunt and hunt and have wish lists made up so I compare prices. Dr. Ganja will probably have a better price. I'm always hunting for a wee bit higher milligram per piece of delta 9 gummies.

Avarage flower, but shipping times are archaic.
1-2 weeks to get the package to USPS even with priority shipping is an outdated business practice and makes no sense. Just take the box to the post office already it's not even that hard a thing to fix. They say they are working to fix it but fixing this problem is as simple as going to the post office and they don't do it.

I was hesitant to buy from DG because of all the negative reviews on Trustpilot but pulled the trigger on an oz anyways. While the shipping is very slow at around 2 weeks, DG has some of the best THCA on the market, especially for about 3$ per gram. Would absolutely buy again.

My own experience with DG was nothing short of flawless, got my overseas order exactly 14 days after ordering over the Christmas holiday period, so tbh I wasn't even expecting it to arrive before March lol! I don't know how but they went above and beyond my expectations. Order placed 22 Dec, Shipped 28 Dec, Arrived 06 Jan. Package tracked all the way so I felt secure in its journey. Canny complain :) Would defo use these guys again, as the concentrate I received was absolutely the best, freshest, and most effective I've had to date - really high quality and worth every penny. The product is good but shipping takes FOREVER! I ordered 11 days ago and I still have not recieved my product. I did receive tracking for the product so I know it is on the way but it is taking forever.

My order that I placed over a month back never shipped and I have yet to receive a refund. I will be disputing this on my card and obviously will not be shopping here again

last month ago i baught a thca diamond cart from the Dr, strain was Skywalker OG and it honestly met my expectations in terms of distillate carts. Gets the job done for sure and is legit. The only bad thing about this website is the horrendous shipping times.. they take up to weeks to deliver your stuff so i suggest ordering ahead of time but way too many people seem to hate on the doc but i dont see nothing wrong with their products. I have pronounced anxiety and so does my daughter, this has helped us tremendously! I don't know what people expect from hemp flower. I don't mind waiting a few weeks and neither does she because what we get really helps us. We don't use it to get high, we use it for its calming effects. We've not been disappointed!
