Jeg oplever, at App’en lacker og er ustabil, især på Apple TV og ditto computer. Irriterende og egentlig mærkeligt, når andre tv Apps virker fint. Måske DR skal have lidt hjælp udefra?

In 2015 I studied in Copenhagen for 6 months then left for 3-4 years to finish my education and work abroad.

Somehow, the DR investigator was able to go to my address in DK where I was no longer living and speak to me/see my television. Amazing. I was not in the country, I never owned a T.V. when I was in the country, and I was charged for using a service I didn't even know existed until I came back to Denmark for higher education. I was charged for a DR license for 2 years when I didn't live or reside in Denmark because of DR's lies.

They sent me to debt collection and took money out of my paycheck after lying about using an 'investigator' to visit my residence. They are bureaucratic FRAUDS and THEIVES. When I emailed them asking to please return my money, they basically told me to go f*** myself. 'Case closed' they said. Criminals, see you in court.

Your website and app are very hard to use. Please improve it.

This is a TV station that uses facists methods to gain customers..
They can't sell their products without force.
They lie, invade privacy of non-customers and try to force their bad products on people. They make Stalin proud.

They are STUPID with capital letters !! For the second time i almost have to pay extra money for not paying on time !! Why ? those stupids have sent me lat year a letter -digital carp they call it and i give them all the info so that the payment will be deducted and they will contact my bank for that the next payment will be be though out something called betalingservice !! They have done nothing then !! and later i had to pay a fine and pay the license off course !! well about a month ago they have done exactly the same thing and today they sent me a letter that it is the last day i have to pay !! I did write to them last year to complain about what happened !! I received a typical stupid answer that have not to do with what i wrote !! This time i am sending my complains in the social media !!! May be they will listen!!

I have never used any of your services and never will so why do I have to pay for it? You all should be in the jail for stealing money!
