I expected a delivery which didn't appear within the stated time; it was ordered 22/09/ 25
The item was in the warehouse, ready to be dispatched so what went wrong?
When I rang to ask for an update, I was promised it would arrive that week. It didn't.
The increase from one star to two is because a member of staff put the thing in his own car to finally deliver it.
E629.00 is no small amount of money and arriving a Month after purchase without any contact to keep me informed is shocking.

Lukasz delivered & installed the machine & showed me how to use it. He removed the old appliance. Everything was done quickly, efficiently & spotlessly. Lukasz was a pleasure to deal with & an excellent ambassador for DID.
No hesitation is using DID again.
