Great support from Dimitar, ordered a tap but their supplier couldnt deliver. Advised by Dimitar and ordered a same type of tap. The difference I paid is paid back. And the tap was delivered. Afterwards also checked if the type of tap was oke. So great service.
We ordered the product but unfortunately it could not be delivered in time.
What I missed is clear updates on expected delivery, it was mentioned one week but after four weeks I needed to cancel my order, also due to private reasons.
This was very well picked up by Dimitar from the helpdesk. I was helped quickly and correct, also the reimbursement was paid withn a few days.
Although not succeeded in the purchase, I can say the service was correct.

Ordered a tap but turned out to be not what we needed. Only one small part was removed from the packaging so the product was barely handled. On return of the product they are only offering to refund 20euros out of the 230 euro cost because of one small defect.
Levering is conform bestelling en was tijdig en correct!
Your return policy needs to be clear if you are charging customers or not. You can't hide such information somewhere to avoid returns - customer's need to know if return cost are free or will be charged before checkout. Your checkout process and even your Return initiation process doesn't mention anything around charges for return - it was hidden in the policy somewhere. It needs to be upfront and clear just like shipping fees.

both articles arrived 6 days (not including the sunday) after we ordered; it was well packaged. we called because we had no news and we immediatly had an answer on the phone.we also needed an information by email about one of the product and we had a quick answer.
as for the articles we ordered the reginox diplomat 30 lux dubbele rvs spoelback and the nostalgische keukenkraan v9054 rvs look.
for the 1st article, the plumber had doubt about the resistance of the article (when we touch the bottom, it s quite "flexible"...) and we hesitating sending back the article. now, after 1 week of normal use, it's already striped and i am quite afraid of deposing heaving pans inside.
as for the 2nd article, it's as pretty as it is on the picture and the rvs look is nice. some pieces inside are not strong but for us it's okay b/c we don't use so often the douchette. because it's like a shower head, you should be aware that they are always a few drops after each use.
I keep on giving 5 stars. Had a small problem, the exchanged the faulty tap in the shortest delays, tried to find a solution and were generally just helpful. This is how you gain returning customers :)

After the initial 'hiccups' with my order being confirmed only with an item for the payment fees all went well and fast. Order rectified within the same day, bank transfer processed basically overnight and the goods delivered not long after payment confirmation. And the shower set is stunning.. Recommended.
