Tried order 2 times, package no recieved after 3 weeks.

sent 10 mails, but they wont reply

Dear Dealshoppen,

I had ordered an electric appliance for 899kr in October which was dysfunctional like I stated in our previous conversations, bc you asked me to watch the video on YouTube on how to go about it.

But it never worked like I mentioned and I had attached a video clip on how the other one works compared to your brand...
Before you emailed me the return slip or whatever you may call it & I had sent it back within 5 days from the date you sent it to my address due to the fact that I did not have the returning receipt or whatever it may be called though...

What a low life

This online store is not worth even one star because I ordered an item and it's been three weeks since it. I wrote several letters and only one of them replied that they would send a new one, without more detailed information or even an apology, and what to talk about the product, which I also did not receive again.

A bit more than a year ago I bought a good with dealshoppen.dk. The process was smooth, nothing to complaint. But the good broke with a normal usage, so I wrote them an email as they specified in the web. The automatic reply promised an answer within 48 hours. I waited for the reply and willing to buy the same good with them no matter what. After more than a week, I gave up waiting and decided to buy similar good somewhere else. Today is three weeks without an answer.
My experience in short: good handling but poor customer service.

No/poor response from customer service.
Be prepared to not receive any goods when you order from this company.
