I worked with the team at Odense SV. My situation was a bit unique as I do not speak Danish and many parts of the Danish housing market, like tax system and changing evaluations, were unknown to me, and frankly hard to comprehend. On top of that I own a property which is somewhat unusual. I found the whole team, Tore, Ali and Emil in particular, very helpful. They listened very well, they were very respectful and went beyond their duty to help me navigate communications with the evaluation board and municipalities.

Signed a paper to sell my apartment as skuffesalg and agreed on a price
After some time i got a call and been asked if danbolig can put the add in social media and market. I probably said yes but i wasnt informed formed at any point in time that its gonna cost me extra!!! Bad communication!
In my head i signed agreed price and now got charged much more on what i agreed.
I learned my mistake
Would not recommend this company!

Great communication, the agent was interested in our case, he took good care of us but at the same time he did not overwhelm us and left space for our private talks with my husband. Overall it has been a good experience compared to other real estates.

honest property pricing and no pushing, they respect the buyer and see you as human beings instead of a bag full of money.

A big thank you to Simon from Danbolig, Søborg, who sold our house, but also managed to make it a less stressful experience.

Everything was perfectly explained and we felt that the real estate agent would do anything for us. It was a great experience. So if we sell/buy property in the future, we will definitely turn to Danbolig again.

Great atmosphere, full professionalism, great commitment

This is my first review in common forum. I must to share my experinece that might help some one.
Dan bolig silkeborg: Strictly not suggested as a Buyer or only with below conditons
1) Please secure your own advisor, keep them alive until you settled in new house
2) Get a view of house as much as possible times (morn, noon, night - conditions & secure the view under / behind / top of furnitures - curtails - floor mat..etc)
3) Get all the observations, agreements, special request, promises, may be talk..etc are mentioned in contract
4) Do not beleive agents comments, inputs, suggetsions, commitments: almost cheating or smile faces only until sign the contract. So get all the verbals are documented through your advisor or lawyer
5) All kind of magic situation happens on the day of key take over and supported by real estate agent: so please make sure your advisor, lawyer and real estate agen are presnted on that day. Make sure you have documented all the obeservations.
6) Suggest not to get the key if any surprise observations on the day of key take over or any old commitments not closed. Get that is documented with Lawyer and your advisor. Agent will try to push you with ownership insurance where you have to pay self risk.
7) Get all house documents and appliance documents in advance. before the key take over day.
8) Get documented about all hand over process with dated agreement in advance (before contract sign or atleast before key take over date).. like Warm, EL, Settlement money..etc: My case am still chasing for settlement with no reply from Dan bolig agent

There is no agent support for buyers, so make sure you keep your advisor on top and do not beleive any agent especially from Dan bolig.

Suggestion to Sellers: You can trust and go with Dan bolig - as they will save you in any situation and politely help you to hide your mistakes. They will find some one to take your hidden problem in the houses. So Dan bolig is good fit for a seller!
