I ordered a christmas gift at the end of November but it never arrived. Initially they had me pay another delivery but again I received nothing. Moreover, they promised a refund but then they disappeared and won't reply to my messages and emails.

First time ordering and I’m so incredibly happy! I’ve noticed that girly dice accessories are super expensive at cons and online! Dakota irish had some super cute accessories and dice that I’m super happy with. Fair prices and good quality!!

Still failed to deliver order and failed to refund 2 months later, very disappointed little dungeons and dragons fan son.also forced to dispute charge with bank to claim back my money....AwFul Comoany and rude,dishonest customer service

Excellent service, so fast to ship, even corrected the shipping address after I made a mistake when ordering, item arrived very quickly and was wonderful quality. 100% will look for an excuse to buy more from them!

I needed a VERY last minute gift for a friend and knew they would like Dakota's porcelain blue. I finished up work and called Dakota to see how quick they could turn around an order and they said well if you can get here in hour that'll work. They were incredibly helpful and my friend loved the dice.

Dakota Irish makes you feel like family, I first met them and their dice at Dublin Comic Con in 2022, and now 70% of my dice are from them! Their dice are of amazing quality and are beautiful to look at!

Fine dice, fair play lads!

I got a few sets for my group who is finishing a campaign to celebrate. They always have great options, fair prices and they ship quickly. I'll never buy dice anywhere else.

So far, i've made 3 orders from Dakota Irish ranging from their hand carved dice, metal dice and resin dice. They have always been staggeringly cool, of exceptional quality and never disappoint. Shipping has always been within 3 days, dice are individually packaged. The hand carved set was shipped in a neat little leathery box with a foam insert, a really nice touch that also made sure they weren't damaged on their way. 15/10!

First, the products are great. I’m deeply satisfied wih everything I received (dices and stickers, all beautifully crafted and similar to pictures, I particularly LOVE the porcelain-like ones). But they also have like one of the best customer supports I ever encountered (the other one that was amazing was ALSO a TTG store, coïncidence ? Idk). My parcel kind of disappeared from any radar around christmas, and they answered immediately when I reached out, offering several options. It turned out the address was damaged and the package was sent back to them thankfulky. They sent it back to me with a sticker as a gift even if it was not their fault in the first place ! Last but not least, all of this interactions happened without them shaming neither my terrible english or my lame jokes. I really appreciated my experience and would fully recommend it ! Thank you again ☺️

I purchased the Eyes of Tiamat! The dice are high quality, beautiful, and shipped very quickly even though I ordered them at the peak of the Holiday season!
