I bought a Sonos Roam 2 from Correct B.V. and the battery completely died after less than a month of normal use. I followed the return procedure and sent it back on March 26th, including all requested documentation. Since then: total silence. No confirmation of receipt, no update, and no reply to two follow-up emails.
This kind of issue makes me wonder whether the item I received was truly new or perhaps refurbished without disclosure. At the very least, the company should communicate — especially when a product fails so quickly.
I am now considering escalating this case through official consumer protection channels.
