I am setting triple MA while doing future trading in Coin DCX but the parameters are not getting set and on seeking help, I am not getting proper support because there is no option for technical issue in the help section or rest option

I have been trading on the platform for the past 3 months. A couple of days ago I wanted to sell my holdings in Simon's Cat and was shocked to see about 5 million coins missing. When I went over my trade history in Simon's Cat i found that a purchase entry for exactly the same quantity has gone missing. The missing purchase entry had lowered my holdings to that extent. This is outright fraud and the customer service was simply not willing to listen to me. They were trying to beat about the bush by bringing in unrelated stories. I urge regular traders to do a thorough check up of their past trades. Please do not deal with these fraudsters.

I’m extremely disappointed with Coin DCX. My account’s withdrawals have been restricted, and it’s been over 20 days (almost a month) with no resolution. I’ve sent multiple emails to their support team, but I haven’t received any proper response.

This is seriously affecting my trust in the platform. I had chosen Coin DCX because I thought it was reliable, but now I feel stuck and helpless. You cannot withdraw your money. They just take it from you and ask for more. Customer care is absolutely useless. Over $600,000 is gone just like that. The site on my display picture helped. This people are absolutely not trustworthy, Stay safe

It’s a rip off when you want to trade, they rip off in the process asking you to convert to USDC and charge you too much. It’s only good to hold crypto but not to trade in futures, rip off.

Third class app, they are a looter company. The customer care is horrible. The safety of your money is zero, you can loose all your investment in this third class app. I have not option to attach the screenshots, but i have all the proofs with me.

My Inr Withdrawl is blocked since 18 Days though i have Active KYC. They sent IDFY for CPV 10 days ago (2nd august) and it was completed on that very day. Still no update from them. There customer care not responding any questions. Only copy pasting same answers every time "Sorry for inconvenience. Our team will get back to you soon" but that soon never came. They do not have any Phone call service for customer care. So it is kind of a situation where users need to suffer. and they do not even bothered by it.

Importantly, they deliberately conceal the risks involved in these investments, failing to disclose that a simple error or network interruption during the task can result in the freezing of funds.

In order to unfreeze the frozen amount, victims are coerced into reinvesting a minimum of 4.5 times the last invested sum. This manipulative tactic leaves individuals with no choice but to invest further or risk losing their hard-earned money permanently. Shockingly, there are no qualifications or mechanisms in place to inform customers about the associated risks, further exacerbating the fraudulent nature of their operation.

I am writing this email not only to seek assistance in recovering my frozen funds amounting to Rs 141,000 but also to draw attention to this financial fraud and protect others from falling victim to the same scheme. This fraudulent group must be exposed, and appropriate legal action must be taken against them.

I kindly request that you prioritize this matter and initiate a thorough investigation into the operations of coindcv and its associated individuals. It is crucial that steps are taken to safeguard innocent individuals from financial exploitation and to ensure that those responsible for perpetrating this conspiracy face the full force of the law.
