BUYER BEWARE - STEER CLEAR
BUYER BEWARE. It was not a good experience with this company. I was ordering the minimum of 3 bottles of Slimjaro which was supposed to include 3 natural ingredients but when they came they were not the advertised ingredients and nothing like. Whilst ordering, another pop up said that I could have 3 more bottles (making 6) for only a tiny bit more money. Then when my invoice came through they had sold me 6 more bottles making 9 in total costing £228 ish. I quickly read reviews, and was shocked. The Company was a different name from who I thought I was dealing with. I quickly tried to cancel the order. I first ordered on a Saturday and tried to cancel on the Monday which you would think would be in time but they said they had already shipped - mmmmmm!!!!!!! I spent the best part of a month trying to get a refund with them deploying all kinds of tactics to avoid refunding, like not giving a return address and telling me to return to sender when there was no return address. Then sending the address and saying that I needed to send them my tracking details which I did. Then they said the tracking details didn’t work. I replied saying that UK ROYAL MAIL doesn’t give false information. Then they admitted that they could track it. Then they did actually refund me but only half of my money. STEER CLEAR OF THIS DREADFUL COMPANY.

I bought something from this company that had a money back guarantee, when the product made me ill and I tried to get a refund, all I got was a run around, I was told I had to use the product for 30 straight days and told to see a doctor, just an absolute scam!!!!
