I ended up returning my dress due to my own problem. The event was called off so I did not need the dress any more. The dress was beautiful though and it looked great on me. I got my refund almost on the same day I gave them the tracking number. They are very polite people.

I have a very bad experience with Bridesire.com Company to buy, wedding and fancy dresses: Bridesire !
Unfortunately, the 3 ! mother of the bride dresses were not fitting at all, too small for my arms, not even able to close the zipper. Ordered the right size though and I have a 'normal' 38 size. I want to send them back immediately, contacted them the same day!
Now, 6 weeks later, they DO NOT respond to my 10 + emails, or chats (only able to reach them 3 x) they come up with excuses when I had a chance to talk to them on the chat conversations, with all bla bla, wrong information etc. They DO NOT want to give me an address to send the dresses back or want to refund me. Now it is dead silent and I think I will never hear back from them, 300 dollars gone!!
PLEASE NEVER ORDER from this company.

The dress was fine but arrived two days after the party despite ordering 7-8 weeks in advance. After it was made, I offered to pay for express delivery but my request was totally ignored.

I’ve ordered Ball Gown Long Satin Sleeve Luxury V-neck Wedding Dress With Beaded Appliques as my wedding dress from Italy. I opted for a standart measure 40 EU instead of sending my measures. The company exceeded my expectations! From the order to delivery best customer service ever...They sent the product on the exact day that they promised.
My wedding dress is exactly how I dreamed and what they offer on line. Has a very high quality and has the exact size that I asked for.

The dress was completely off sized, they offered me to pay for resizing at a local tailor but never answered anything or paid for the bill I’ve sent them afterwards. We made a quite bad experience with this company

I was my best friend's maid of honor and I bought my dress in advance (once I live in another country). The precaution was unnecessary cause he arrived at the time established by the Bridesire. I loved the experience and didn't have to make any adjustments! All measurements came correct. Super recommend it :)

Every woman can find something nice on this site. Most dresses are stylish and trendy, it is really difficult to choose just one. I needed long hours to scroll through my favorite dresses and the one I bought proved to be more beautiful than I expected.

I would actually want to rate them 0 stars but that was not possible.
I ordered a dress and when I received it, realized it was not sewn according to the measurements I sent in. I have had this confirmed by a tailor. It was too big up top and too short at the bottom. Adding fabric was an extra cost that added too the cost of all alterations needed. The dress ended up being double the price. I communicated this to bridesire, and their initial response was to blame me. I then told them it was confirmed by a tailor to which they responded I send my receipts for reimbursement. That was over 6 weeks ago. They then started to ignore e-mails I sent them to ask about my reimbursement. The chat-service on the site dodged my questions and asked me to wait or e-mail support service( the one e-mail address listed on their site which I have used and have been ignored by for several weeks). Today the chat staff (english is crappy google translate so it is difficult to understand them) told me my reimbursemant was denied, although I have an e-mail from bridesire stating they will pay. And then all other questions went ignored. The company has not written this in an e-mail to me, and are refusing to answer my continued questions. Do not shop from them. They are dishonest, and you will be disappointed. You will end up having to pay much more for the dress and their silent treatment will make it impossible to get refunds or reimbursement. Go to a tailor and have your dress made by a person you can see and speak to, and who cannot dodge your e-mails. This company is a total scam, and I have now also read several stories from people who share my experience that this company is dishonest. Do not subject yourself to this kind of treatment and do your shopping elsewhere.

I am so happy that I stumbled upon this site when I was looking for a dinner dress to wear to an office party and more impressed with the material of it. Having been disappointed before I was so skeptical about placing my order. I really love the dress, it is true to the picture and the sizings on the website. I highly recommend the site!
