Berry’s has been amazing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I bought a very special watch from them online about 2 years ago. The online team were excellent and communication throughout was superb (thanks Danny). The follow up care and service has been even more impressive, with the team at both the Windsor and York boutiques being outstanding (thanks Mandy).
Excellent Customer Service
I've had the pleasure of being served by Emma on a few occasions. She is always polite, cheerful and greets with a smile. She has an extreme knowledgeable on all types of jewellery, and even on occasions where I haven't actually made a purchase, her level of helpfulness remains consistent. I only came in for a replacement watch battery today, but was still treated as an important individual and a received excellent customer service. Her professionalism shines through and regardless of the visit she always maintains high standards.

Poor customer service
Bought a Tudor watch less than 6 months ago which hasn’t been keeping accurate time (the primary purpose of a watch). Not been able to return until now due to holidays and work commitments. Also needed to monitor accuracy to articulate the issue. Have been told that it will take 4 - 8 weeks for the watch to be repaired, which is poor. This was clearly a faulty watch from the start & had probably been on display for a long time. Effectively I’ve bought a second hand watch & paid over the odds for it. Not what I expected from a reputable jeweller.

Omega Seamaster watch
I visited the store twice, with a particular watch in mind. I was helped in this by Rod Young. We quickly identified the watch, looked at a few close competitors but settled, with the help of Rod, on my original choice. I returned a week later and Rod remembered our conversation so buying the watch was very easy. An excellent experience.
The BEST experience
The guys at Tudor Leeds (Berry's) have always been fantastic everytime I visit to try on watches. Very accomodating, professional and knowledgeable. I was served by Troy last time I visited and he made them whole buying experience special. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else for my next purchase. First class in every way!

Had a fabulous experience today at Berrys in Leeds, commercial street with Matt, arranged an appointment in advance with a view to purchase a couple of watches, everything we wanted to see had been made available and more! Followed by a trip to the omega store for more choices, to be looked after Rob, both was very good and very knowledgable on the range of watches, we wasn’t rushed we had plenty of time to make our selections, very personable and friendly, even left with a little unexpected gift, I definitely recommend Berrys to anyone looking to purchase a product. Their customer service is second to none. The staff are so warm and friendly and go that extra mile to meet your needs especially Aggie who’s a super star. And Jamie makes a lovely cuppa. Pricing is fair and definitely value for money.

Eternity Ring Experience
We returned to Berry’s for an eternity ring after being really happy with the service and wedding rings we purchased 10 years ago. From the moment we entered the Leeds store, we were welcomed by Emma who went out of her way to ensure it was a special occasion. She offered us champagne and allowed us to look at a wide range of rings. Thanks to her knowledge and expertise we found the perfect eternity ring that very day and Emma also arranged for my wedding and engagement rings to be re polished and was able to get all of this sorted in 3 weeks, even though I expected it to be much longer. We hope to return to Berry’s in the future for other special occasions and love that it is a Leeds based company with down to earth, knowledgeable and warm staff like Emma.

I have called in twice to Berrys in newcastle as couldn't make my mind up about a watch i wanted..its a big decision..at no point did Lee or Nick pressure me to purchase..so called i today and bought the watch of my dreams..thank you Nick and Lee.. your customer service is outstanding..you are a credit to the company..well done...

Danielle was really helpful, I came in a few months prior to try on the watches and then came back to purchase the watch with Danielle specifically. The whole process was easy and as a customer the experience was great.
Emma was absolutely brilliant
Emma was absolutely brilliant! I had previously bought a Tudor Black bay and wasn’t shown how to wind or set the watch. Emma carefully explained and demonstrated how to set and wind the watch, she also watched as I tried, to make sure I did it correctly. She went above and beyond, great asset to your team.
