I went against my better judgement after wanting to cancel because of them trying to change starting date with the oldest excuse in the book which I wouldn't fall for , the woman I spoke to was rude & argumentative. The materials are absolutely cheap nasty horrible rubbish which I know isn't going to last long at all, we had our bathroom done just 4 years ago but wanted it refreshed, we got rid of a great looking quality bathroom and replaced it with cheap rubbish. From a flooded kitchen and front room because of fitter error , to leaks from toilet, and towel rail . When my partner left a message for a call back she was messaged back are you going to contact us every 20 mins by some mouthy rude individual who was probably the woman I spoke to previously. It may look nice in videos and photos but mark my words its terrible quality. The fitter was actually a nice guy to be honest its the only good thing about our experience.

Worst customer service after installation – no real solutions
I first gave this company 5 stars on Google, but I now have to change my rating to 1. The bath screen was installed incorrectly, leaving a gap that causes constant leaks and has already damaged my bathroom door.
When I complained, I was told to “just wipe the floor.” The so-called manager provided no name, no greeting, and no real solution.
The black coating also began peeling, and instead of taking responsibility, they wrongly blamed me for using harsh chemicals—which is untrue. I only use mild soap. Their only response was to offer a discount rather than a proper replacement.
Unprofessional, dismissive, and unwilling to fix their mistakes. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.

My parents recently moved into a bungalow due to ill health and asked me to help adapt it to their needs. A walk-in shower was essential because of mobility issues, and with a tight budget I shopped around. Bathroom Masters appeared to offer everything they needed at a good price – but unfortunately, I wish we had gone with a different company.
The bathroom was fitted on August 2nd, and straight away we noticed the sink was damaged. Although a replacement was sent, it’s now mid-September and it still hasn’t been fitted. The finishing work is extremely poor – edging is uneven, the waste pipe was left flowing directly onto the patio instead of into the drain, and the electrics were left incomplete, meaning there’s still no lighting.
This has been particularly unsafe for my elderly parents, so we had no choice but to pay for an independent electrician. He was shocked to find that incorrect cables had been used for the spotlights, mirror, and extractor fan, meaning additional expense and hassle for us.
Communication has been disappointing too. While they respond quickly when arranging deliveries, fitters, or taking payment, once problems arise their replies are slow, dismissive, and sometimes rude. Nearly seven weeks later, the sink still hasn’t been installed and no date has even been set.
Overall, this has been a stressful and costly experience. I would not recommend Bathroom Masters to anyone. Their workmanship, professionalism, and customer care have been far below the standard you’d expect, and I feel terrible that my parents have been left with a poorly finished bathroom and extra bills.

Worst after experience with a company I’ve ever had, worst customer service in the UK - possibly the world.
There is a reason they are receiving at 1-2 stars out of 5 on all review websites. And there is a pattern you can see in all the reviews with a common denominator - their customer service and repairs team. I really hope people don’t make the same mistake we did and book this company before reading their reviews.
We had been unfortunately recommended Bathroom Masters. So we contacted them and had a salesman come out for a quote and to look at samples. Firstly, he seemed in a rush for us to choose and only allowed us to choose a bathroom from 2/3 pages out of a whole booklet. Very pushy with what we should get and what is included in our ‘package’. I wasn’t aware we’re limited to a ‘package’ but anyhow we chose our bathroom. They come to fit the bathroom literally a week or so later which was great and their prices were decent.
We actually really love the bathroom, despite the salesman’s pushy and rushed sales tactics it turned out really nice thanks to Anton (the fitter) - he was great. Really nice and polite guy, worked very hard, very quick and clean. No issues with Anton whatsoever.
However, 3 days later we used the shower for the first time after giving the recommended time (plus longer) for the bathroom seal to set etc and we found a leak where our glass screen meets the wall. Fine, no problem, these things happen. Should be an easy enough problem with a quick, drama-free solution so we contacted the repairs team.
Wow we were wrong. This customer service team should be ashamed of themselves. It was like communicating with a 12 year old brat who just had their toys took from them. I know they will try and deny this (as they have done so many times looking at their reviews) so please see photo attached of the back and fourth emails we had. They were rude, patronising and didn’t want to help at all. This company need to learn a little bit about respect and overall normal human interactions.
Upon closer inspection we found a chip on the bathtub. Whilst they were delivering our bathroom we seen the bathtub was leaned up against the wall and it fell, slid down the wall and banged off the floor so we requested they check it over before fitting. They clearly did not. Then we noticed the cupboards looked preowned/returned and fitted in our bathroom. I could be wrong but I think this is where the salesman was pushing for us to use these certain products so they can use a returned/refurbed bathroom they had possibly returned and lying around. See photos attached for images of damages. Ofcourse - we requested that this be seen to. Again, they responded with patronising comments.
We waited for three days and still nothing from the repairs team. I had to get back in touch to see if there was any updates. A fitter eventually came out and come to a conclusion the bathroom is ’inadequate’ and poor quality. He couldn’t do anything so he went away and said he will speak to his manager. Heard nothing back, ignoring texts, repairs team ignoring emails and business Facebook page is ignoring messages.
We have had an actual bathroom fitter come out and finish the job properly and finish what mess was left. It’s all ok though because they sent a candle and a ‘thank you’ in the post. 🙃
Avoid this company like the plague. Reported to trading standards. Not the first. Won’t be the last.

The wiring of the electric mirror was wrong and dangerous according to a qualified UK electrician the cabinets are spelling off toilet seat was broken after 2weeks NOT HAPPY AT ALL WITH THIER SERVICE WE PHONE THEM TO COME TO RECTIFY IT BUT THEY SHIFTED THE BLAME ON US AVOID AVOID AVOID THIS RIP OFF COMPANY AVIOD AVOID AVOID AVOID COSTUMER SERVICE VERY RUDE

Competitive prices. The guy came to give me a quote, very knowledgeable and gave me suggestions. Janis who installed the new bathroom was great. Only took 2 days to complete. Very efficient and cleaned up as he went. Really pleased with my bathroom. So far so good.

I have recently had a complete bathroom makeover, I am absolutely loving it, it was completed by a young man called Alex and he worked so hard even when it was so hot, I was treated with the utmost respect and nothing was to much trouble.Thankyou Bathmasters and thankyou for my lovely candle which arrived today.
Just a heads-up for anyone thinking of using Bathroom Masters Ltd
I had a full bathroom installed less than two months ago, and the sink vanity unit is already damaged — peeling and swelling. It’s clearly not fit for a bathroom environment, where splashes and humidity are completely normal.
When I contacted them with photos, I expected a professional conversation or at least a willingness to investigate the issue. Instead, I was met with rude, sarcastic responses and was blamed for “neglect”. They even said things like, “You seem to be a better bathroom expert than us” and told me to contact Trading Standards — which I now have.
They offered no inspection, no apology, and no solution — just blame and attitude.
As someone who’s worked in business and customer service, I find this absolutely unacceptable. When a customer raises a concern — especially about something brand new — you try to help, not attack them.
Please be cautious if you’re considering this company. I’ve posted a full review on Google and reported the issue to Trading Standards. Happy to share the photos or email chain if anyone’s curious.
