Awesome service! Ordered my first stone from them 2/27/25. Had a long talk with the owner (Shane?) and placed a second order the next day. They all arrived today, 3/3/25! Beautiful gems! Can't wait for the new batch of gems Shane told me was coming soon! I've bought from a couple of other companies and felt I over paid. Not here! High quality stones and reasonable prices.

I made a very stupied mistake on my part. But considering i was a first time buyer he went out of his way to make sure my package got to me safely!!! And my gemstone was more than i expected as a newbie collector I think this company in this man is great!!!!! And u see myself as a long term customer!!!

Not only are the prices competitive, but it feels great to support a veteran owned business. I ordered some gems recently, and Shane was so helpful in answering my questions. My order came in a timely manner and the product was more beautiful than the pictures! Thanks back room gems!

My experiences with Backroom Gems have been exceptional! Their inventory is huge, with such beautiful products at a great price point. Customer service is top-notch and speedy, it is clear that they are knowledgeable and dedicated to providing all customers with a great experience.

They sell great looking gems -- of that, there's no doubt. But what keeps me coming back is really the service. Friendly, easy to deal with, and just wonderful. I've never had a bad order from Back Room Gems, and their stock is really lovely.

They have great prices, and quick shipping. They answer my emails quickly, and have even hunted down different pieces for me. I was a little leery at first, but figured what have I got to lose? Now I have a growing collection of loose gemstones. After the third order they even sent me a free coffee mug!
