DO NOT PROTECT IT S USERS

I used this website to get my furnace repaired. The guy fixed it with a used part and billed me 100 euros. the fixing did not work. I asked for a refund of 50 euros. The guy agreed , he told me he was going to send the money but he always found excuses not to do it and I ended up paying 100 euros for nothing. I wrote to Allo voisin to explain all this, with the picture of the used part, screen shot of the conversations and their answer was just to threaten me to close my account. This website allow their users to get fooled with our reacting !!! and worse they threaten people to close their account if they dare say anything !!!!
DO NOT USE THAT WEBSITE

Frustrating at first - I couldn't message the person I wanted to message (an electrician for electrical work). But I put a public message out and received an offer which was fully resolved - including all of the work - by the end of the day. Couldn't have asked for more.

Selection process is easy if the supplier is around the corner, but if the supplier is a little bit further away (in this case in the next department) I had to change my own address to select him.
