I ordered 2 SOMFY remote garage door openers from their website. They were clearly shown as being available on their website. I receive 2 GENERIC remotes instead. I email Allotelecomande and point this out and request a return of the remotes that were NOT SOMFY and not what I ordered. They claimed “The model SOMFY 433-NLT4 BEIGE was obsolete and replace by the model I had received, as indicated on their site, perfectly compatible. It was sufficient to follow the programming guide furnished.” There was NO programming guide in the package, which I had pointed in my first email to them. They stated that they showed the SOMFY remotes as being unavailable which is why they sent the generic ones. I informed them that was not the case and that I wanted to return the items, at their expense, and get a full refund. They sent me the return address, but I was to return the items at my expense. They stated that the generic items will work and I pointed out that if I wanted generic remotes, I could have purchased them from any other company at a lower price than what I paid for the SOMFY remotes. I sent them screenshots of their own website that STILL showed the items as AVAILABLE. Their response was “As indicated on our site, the model SOMFY 433-NLT4 BEIGE is now replaced by model PROEM ER4C4ACS which had been received”. When I once again pointed out that the items were still showing ad available for delivery, and once again attached the screenshot, they stopped responding. So, now I am stuck with something I did not order at a price that is unacceptable for generic remotes and no recourse since they just ignored my messages. And to think that they have a 4.6 rating on Trustpilot which is why I felt I could trust this company. Now I know better and can share this experience with others.

I ordered an ALBANO MICROTRINARY M 6 from their website. They sent me out a substitute of their choice and it would not program with my remote. They said the remote I ordered was no longer made ...yet two weeks later it is still listed on their website as in stock. They refused to refund the purchase price when I informed them the return shipping from the US was more than I paid for the product.

Easy to order, excellent delivery options, arrived on time. Very satisfied.

Bad information on e-commerce website, inducing me to pay more for a next day delivery, but not indicating that the product was actually out of stock. In all, I've felt betrayed and experienced inconveniences to cancel purchase.

I was unable to get any kind of response using the website e-mail feature even after several attempts. Further, the phone number posted is incorrect or incomplete (missing country code?). In any event, I would not recommend using this company as the after sales support is non-existent.
