this was a great first time experience. ordering was easy. happy that i was able to order by the piece, so that we could see which item worked for us. ordered on a thursday, most of it arrived friday, with last item received on saturday. shipping totally free, with no minimum dollar amount. thank you very much.
False advertising
Offers a Promo code for "free shipping and 15% off any order no minimum." False advertising as far as I'm concerned. I put in an order and the system would not accept the promo code and still wanted to charge me for shipping. Maybe because the items were to be delivered "direct from the manufacturer" but that is not what the 'come on' said. It didn't say you had to order whatever only.

This is a scam I ordered leg straps for my catheter they sent me the wrong ones I paid over $10 for the shipping and now I got to pay to ship them back. So I go to order two more leg straps they were and they want over $10 again to ship me two leg straps I cannot picture it cost in much more than a dollar to ship them but they're charging over $10
Customer service was complete useless I wish I had his name I have been ordering from Allegra for 13 years and they are not fair with their shipping prices they would not wave the shipping cost for me to receive two leg straps it cost more for the shipping than it did for the leg straps that's what they call a scam
False advertising
Falsely advertised an expensive pillow I bought by showing a different photo than the actual product in their inventory. Then, after a headache of snide and abrasive emails over an untimely period, they made it impossible to return or get a refund.

My driver was Santos, apologized repeatedly , for my 2 hour wait, he is kind and a gentleman pleasant , I would definitely recommend him for a requested driver for others.

Do Not Use This Company
I ordered the wrong item by mistake and attempted to cancel my order. However, since there is no way to cancel an order, they were very rude in telling me I had to "eat" the return shipping because they refuse to help me in this situation. There are many other sites that sell the same exact stuff, so I'd highly recommend against using this company as others offer much better service.
Terrrrible Customer Service and Thieves
The sent me less than I paid for. Then tried to lie about it and said there was nothing they could do. Didn't respond at all to 3 emails I sent them through their website. Then I called and they said "did you try to call, that is the best way to reach us?" I said "No, it doesn't say on you site that you don't return emails". This was after waiting on hold for 45 minutes I finally got through and they couldn't do anything because since they had waited so long they were unable to find any information. So they basically called me a liar. I had order 2 (500cs packs of syringes) they sent 2 (125cs packs) I told them about their mistake immediately and never received any help. Now they are just keeping the money and the product and we have to go through our credit card company to try and recover the money they stole.

Ordered frozen booties & mitts before starting chemo. Hadn't received tracking info, called and learned they were out stock. Explained the urgency. Sales agent offered to call supplier and let me know whether they'd ship the items directly.
Never heard back. Had to call several times to get reimbursed.
Nice job adding to the stress of cancer.

This place used to be great, I'm not entirely sure what is happening. I've place a few orders in the last month and every order has been delayed do to the fact of a shortage. I understand that we have a lot of shortages in the world, but it's the lack of communication skills when it comes to this company. Items are available to buy and you pay for express shipping they take your money and your left with out your medical supplies. It's because they don't actually have them in stock, but won't actually tell you this until you call, I still have an open order and it's been 21 days and still haven't had an update. My previous order I had to cancel and have a order place somewhere else and that order was opened for 27 days with allegro. Customer service has also gone down hill, I never receive an email back anymore and when I call customer service the last few folks have been rude. I work and customer service and feel for people who work in customer service so I'm mindful of my tone and actions. It's quite irritating when your not able to receive your medical supplies on time.
