Waste of time. After two weeks I was still waiting for delivery of my small order. They didn't respond to my email. Bunch of shysters. Luckily I paid on PayPal and got a very quick refund from them. Well done PayPal

Ordered an item two weeks ago via Amazon. Not been despatched yet. Don’t respond to emails.
Avoid

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago, received an automated email that my products will be delivered in 48 hrs by royal mail and have heard nothing from this company ever since. No response to my calls email or anything. I think they have Ceased trading or fraud.

AVOID the Scam

Ordered 5 ltr of wheel cleaner, it arrived half full as it had leaked, Alfi offered 20% refund only, how insulting, contacted my credit card company they will resolve the issue, AEG Automotive very poor response and attitude .

Had a couple of orders with AGW, the first one arrived ok but second order was some items short.
Tried phoning to ask why but phones arent answered, emails were not responded to either.
Finally managed to contact through messanger to AGW detailing where my contact was acknowledged.
Finally got an email stating there where supplier issues. The lack of customer service when things go wrong is unacceptable, simply not attending to emails is extremely frustrating. I've had to do all the chasing with this matter and had no confidence that my complaint is being taken seriously.
I requested and a refund was agreed but funds were not forthcoming.
I have now placed a claim with PayPal resolution and hopefully will get the funds back for missing items.
I cant recommend AGW as a reliable source for products.
Edit, refund recieved a few hours after putting a claim into PayPal resolution centre.

First time buyer at AGW Automotive. Decided to buy a few items to test service. Items arrived however were all incorrect. Emailed to request a return and refund/replacement but no response after a week.
Had to raise a dispute with the retailer via the bank.
Retailer eventually responded and an amicable outcome was reached.

I have used this company several times without any concerns until now. I placed a double order through ebay but when it arrived I received only 1 item. I contacted them through ebay email and was told the item not delivered was out of stock and they would give me a refund for that item. Still haven't received that refund and now no replies to my emails. Reading ebay reviews this seems quite common with agw automotive.

Ordered and received within 2 business days - quality products at an affordable price. Very happy and would definitely use again - Thankyou AGW automotive

Ordered product on eBay with 48hr courier delivery. Item constantly showing dispatched but clearly wasn’t. Contacted them and asked for an update, they replied saying let them know “next week” if it arrives!! I queried this response as still showing dispatched when it wasn’t and they cancelled the order (refunded bu5 not the point) with no explanation and you can’t leave negative feedback. Rubbish service.DO NOT USE THEM.

Ordered using 24 hour delivery understanding it was over new year period but when not delivered in given timescale contacted seller who was to say the least arrogant and rude and could not give a damn about delayed delivery.
Checked his Amazon and eBay feedback revels a bigger picture of quite common occurrence regarding poor delivery.
Avoid and spend your money with a business the appreciates the custom.

Having purchased a few times from the team at AGW Automotive I have found their knowledge and service to be consistent and to of a high standard. Despatch times have been prompt and products well packed. On the occasion of an issue with an order it was resolved immediately with no challenge or question which is much appreciated.
