The company is out of business now. As a contributor I didn't receive any payment in years. On top of that I could not find any way to remove my portfolio from their databases. Reaching out to the AGE Fotostock administration resulted only in a rude response without offering any solutions.
Looking back I'd have to say joining the company as a contributor was a big mistake. AGE was certainly one of the worst scams in the industry.

The soul of Mr. Afonso should be rest in peace at this time, meanwhile lots of agefotostock' contributor want to know what would will happen at them payments. Last 8th February 2024, the company had use Alfonso' email (already passing) to to wrote: "For any accounts-related issues or reclamations, the designated administrator overseeing the closure of the company will reach out to provide guidance on the necessary procedures." Today, no one have receive any update by "designed administrator" yet.
Either spanish or american press agecy doesn't tolk about this that have all aspect of bankruptcy. The press agency should be ashamed.
For you that read this evaluetion as potential customer of agefotostock, attention please, the company no longer exists!

AGE are apparantly in the hands of Administrators, having declared bankruptcy. Interestingly, this decision was the instruction of the now-dead Alfonso. Suspicious? One wonders why he wanted the company wrapped up on his death - where did the money AGE received from clients, which he didn't pass own to photographers, go?

I am another contributor who has not been paid for several years of licences. I hear that they have now gone into voluntary bankruptcy but i have not received any notification and the website appears to still be operating.

I want to delete all my images but the portal provided doesn't allow me to.

Alfonso Gutierrez passed away very recently. The Cepic published an obituary on 11 January 2024, which you can find on their website. Photo Archive News announced his passing a few days earlier. No news whatsoever on the Age Fotostock website.

If you buy picture licenses from this "agency" you rob its contributing photographers. The vile "CEO" Alfonso Gutierrez owes me and hundreds of other photographers years of royalty fees. AVOID!!!

run away from this thief !! He never paid my commission for years and he still continue to keep my images without my permission on his f...ing webside. He supposed to call himself CEO but I suggest him to change it into TEO

It was so easy. Just by chance I found you had a photo of my father driving and Austin 7 in the 1930s. It was a must have and the whole transaction took about 3 minutes!

Paid for image, but could not download to Mac

As a photographer I think there is something strange about Agefotostock. It does not pay its collaborators or many of them. The CEO is offensive to the photographers when they demand payment of the invoices. He also says that his workers have left due to depression. He writes many strange things in his communications.

Agefotostock communicates earnings to photographers once the company has received payment, never before. Therefore, our invoices have already been paid by image demanders.
Unfortunately I think he is playing with our work and will close the business as soon as his pockets are full.

Something smells rotten in Agefotostock.

Well the images change and some pictures are no longer available. Otherwise I am very pleased with your sevrice and the easiness of the ordering.

The CEO fails to pay royalties. (5 Outstanding invoices, some more than 18 month old) Avoid submitting. There are many other reliable and trustworthy agencies about.

Purchasing the image was quick and painless and the invoice was in my inbox within seconds.

How so predicable you are, It's amazing how swift you can reply to a negative review on here yet your entire organisation choose not to answer my emails.
Having read many of the review's on here regarding Agefotostock it is obvious from your reply's that you blurt out you have no respect whatsoever for any of your Photographers (employee's), if you dislike negative reviews perhaps you should try and resolve the issues instead of being so rude and obnoxious, or are people skills beyond you?
With regards to your comments Raquel Gisbert as you say "no longer works with us", she did at the time my email was sent and should have responded. Sara "process contracts & terminations etc" Should also have responded.
As my termination was forwarded on the 29th April 2021 I look forward to the day when my images are "fatally deleted", as far as "clients will complain" I'm not sure who they are as you have only ever reported to of one sale in three years, unless it is something else that you choose not to inform me about. I did state in my email of 26th June 2023 that any payments due to me were paid direct to my bank account, no mention of that in your comments though.
May I remind you that it is the photographers that make the money for your organisation and they need to be treated with a lot more respect, you might then find less negative reviews on here.
