I've never had any problems buying download products here. Their customer service is a good but can be a bit slow to reply at times. I don't have any experience buying box products here.

Well made part. A bit hard to install in that the Octavo IFR has to be disassembled first, but the instructions are clear. Shipping to the US more or less doubled the cost.
