This is definitely more than a five-star experience
The balloon arrangements by ACE Decor and Gifts are out of this world - perfect for my partner's 50th Birthday Party. I was very pleased with the company's balloons and personalised balloons. Valerie also delivered on time, worked closely with me to create the perfect birthday event, and she was so sweet. Valerie went above and beyond to make sure the event was perfect. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!
