I feel obligated to share my disappointing experience with the Wowbit exchange to warn others who might be considering using this platform. Over the past few weeks, I’ve encountered several serious issues that have not only caused financial losses but have also been met with poor support and a lack of transparency.

1. Trading Discrepancy with ACT/USDT Pair: I placed a limit order, but the system inexplicably executed a larger order than I intended, resulting in the liquidation of my account. Despite being promised a follow-up within 24 hours, I never received any meaningful response from the support team.

2. Account Balance Issues After Closing Positions:
On two separate occasions, after closing profitable positions, the expected profits were not reflected in my account balance. The balance remained unchanged, which is completely unacceptable and indicates serious flaws in their system.

3. Missing Profits from Closed Orders:
In another instance, I closed a limit order with a clear profit, but this profit never appeared in my account balance. Instead of the expected balance increase, my account showed a lower amount than it should have, leading to further frustration.
