Appealed against a parking fine from Premier Parking filled in customised letter and downloaded then discovered I had been charged £7.99 for it.

Terrible legal document and I think that has no basis in legal terms.
Terrible documents does not apply the the correct items to the contract. Don't use total scam and money grab. Very disappointed
How can you have a clause like this in a contract.
(e) In addition to the leave entitlements set out in this clause, the Employee will also be entitled to such leave as is provided by any applicable laws and/or employment awards, which may include sick leave, carer's leave, bereavement leave, long service leave, parental leave, family and domestic violence leave and paid public holidays.
Even in Dutch: in the Dutch version of Wonder.Legal I filled in a contract, the payment was transferred but I never received the document. International scamming.
Scam, i paid for something that should be free, dont pay for anything these guys are selling free products and scamming us. I paid around 20 Euro for a product, didnt get it, mailed them, no answer. I then found out you can get this product for free as a template on Google. Scammers.
Same as other reviews. Absolute scammers and rip-off. Stay well clear.
Maybe let people using the letter generator know that there is an 8 quid fee to claim the letter BEFORE inputting all the details?
Downloaded template and at point of sale Bill stated €19.99 however when I went to my account I had been charged €49.99
When I sent a complaint I received an automated email stating that they do not answer queries.
Absolute scam artists steer well clear
I just completed last will and testment in 10 mins for 14.99... I did one with my father recently and it cost €600 with a solicitor, pretty much the same doc! They could be a little more transparent with the fee before you complete the template, but happy with the result and happy to pay €14.99
After coming across Wonder.legal looking for a free template I was led to believe by the clever advertising that the template I came across was free.
The advert that is put on google strongly implies from the wording that has been e chosen, that to fill out and download a specific template agreement - is free.
This is not the case and in my view this is a very misleading and intentionally deceptive advert.
I completed the form which was not only lengthy, requested lots of personal information but also very emotionally difficult.
To my great surprise upon completion I was asked to a make a payment of £29 pounds to download the document. This is after I had spent some time inputting very personal and sensitive date on the form. At no point was there any mention of needing to input personal payment details or make any payment prior to attempting to download the document.
This is immoral and surely a very grey line legally.
I have notified wonder.legal directly and the repsonse was denial that the ad or document wording was misleading. This then led me to review other Trustpilot users with a number of others reporting similar views and experiences. Therefore I believe they are purposefully misleading users and have access sensitive personal data.
Completed Wonder.Legal's Codicil to make a minor change to my Legal Will, very simple procedure as their Codicil Template is very user friendly.
Appears like a Legal legit document and saved me several hundreds of dollars as a local Lawyer and Notary quoted me $450 to $650 dollars! Absolutely highway robbery, I merely added the document to my existing Will and only costed me $14.99.
Furthermore, I paid using my PayPal Account and received a receipt from both Wonder Legal and PayPal via email in less than 5 minutes, great service indeed!
First, these guys are breaking the law. they appear to be carrying out reserved legal work which only qualified solicitors under a law firm structure can do. that's because their contracts often refer to real property or to deeds etc.
second they con you into providing person information believing the download document is free an dthey make their money on the legal consultation and other doucments they can sell later to you. Charging £30 for a simple basic three pager is not ethical espcially when the charges are not set out and explained at the outset.
Crooked, illegal waste of tiem - avoid at all costs - there are reputable companies providing free and properly paid for services out there. I will be reporting them to the SRA and trading standards.
Very risky to use their e-signature feature. After paying a reasonable fee for a document, Wonder Legal provided the service of secure signature for US$2.99. After routing the document through multiple signers, the final document disappears.
No customer service, just an automated mail saying 'Go check the FAQ'.
You are worst off than before, having to redo and resend the document for signature.
.
Filled in the template, then blocked from reviewing the document without payment. This is a data stealing scam. Avoid. There is no mention of payment anywhere on the pages before wasting time filling in the template. It specifies that there is an 'optional fee' if you'd like a solicitor's consultation. Shameless.
Just indecent advertising suggesting you get a free draft and after a long process you have to pay. No transparency and obvious luring of customers.
This is not worth the money at all. You can easily type this information yourself. I would not use this service for the amount of money it costs. $79.99 is too much for this
Thieves!
They advertise a one off service of £2.99 then charged me an annual fee of £32.97 without any confirmation receipt - clearly a fraud!
I've contacted my CC company to dispute there charge - not even a number to call or email address to dispute their charges!
