Been playing this casino for months it's rigged spent over 30k they make sure the game resets when ur about to hit a bonus.very lol rewards the chat is the worst ever. They will make u wait on hold for hours just to do notjinh for you. Never deposit for the bonuses because you deposit and you think you're getting it but you don't get it then when you go to chat for help they make you wait a good 45 minutes just to say something really stupid and then they want you to deposit again. I played a lot of casinos. This is by far the worst experience I had, and I am mad at myself for keeping throwing money at it for. Nothing. The vip means nothing I was leval 5 and they treated me like trash. Highly advise that you take your money to a different casino because there's a slim to none chance that you will win on this one.

I am on day 10 of my withdrawals…

I am on day 10 of my withdrawals pending I have 3 $750 withdrawals pending(maximum amount that can be waiting to be processed) and still $4000 to withdrawal I was told it would take 3 days then that it could take 3-5 days and still nothing, I have sent countless emails and have not received any response, when I message customer service they say my request has been escalated. I am so far beyond frustrated.
