Excellent service, had one day replaced brakes and discs and had to track down part that needed replacing he didn’t know this till he started.and to get car back to me for a drive down to Cornwall the next day

What a fantastic experience I had with Wolff, I found the car on auto trader but it was a bit further from my location than I would normally travel. But after speaking to Phil he couldn't be more helpful. He sent me a very in depth video of the car and we had a few phone calls which really put my mind at ease. I put a deposit down which was fully refundable if the car wasn't right for me. Safe to say when I arrived the car was very bit I expected through dialogue with Phil and more. I can't recommend Phil enough there was no pushy sales pitch just very relaxed approach to selling cars and to be honest with the quality of cars he deals with they sale themselves. Also he followed up after the purchase see how the car was going and if I was happy. So if you like a no pressure approach when buying a car look no further.

Highly recommend these guys. My daughter bought her first car today and Phil was fantastic. From first contact right through to today. Took the time to show my daughter how to check the oil, water levels etc. She is very happy! Both Phil and Iain are very approachable, helpful and professional. My son will be 100% coming back to you.

Phil was amazing from the get-go. He took the time to thoroughly address my concerns, especially as I’ve had poor experiences buying cars in the past. He went above and beyond in explaining the car’s specs and what to expect given its mileage and history. Easily the most authentic person I’ve bought a car from and I’m very happy with the purchase.

I have been looking for an engineer to service my two German cars for sometime. I was introduced to Wolff automotive through local connection and could not be happier. The communication regarding the service elements required with clear explanation for the reasons for the subsequent work were followed through by a timely and cost effective service including some video evidence of work being done - the engine and general running of the car is greatly improved and I will be servicing my cars with Phil in the future.

I’ve now used Wolff Automotive for three transactions (selling and buying) and found them to be professional, reliable and thorough in approach.
