It appears to be a scam set up. When I tried to communicate I was just fobbed off with absurdities. From the bad English grammar and spelling used I would suggest it is a Chinese knock off Company. Not even shipped after 10 days which would again suggest it is coming from afar.

With customer services enquiries when I tried to cancel the whole orders placed and have full refund made to account

Then took 8 days of back and forward to be told the goods has been despatched successfully

Sizing and quality of goods totally inferior to those listed on this website posing as an English company registered in London.

On trying to get a refund label was told would cost over 20-30 euros to return the parcel and if it goat would would become a logistics issue or could take a 15% refund instead of the full price paid of £96 .

I am still awaiting an outcome to the response as I sent but as nothing has been fore coming today as advised to them

Don't buy from this company! Firstly, their website gives a London address but that's deliberate deception as they're based in China which means you aren't covered by UK Distance Selling laws. Secondly, the product they sent was inferior to what was listed. If you try to return the goods they ask for a photo (bizarre) and want you to return (at your expense) to China.

Says uk company, uk run, uk business number etc what they dont tell u is it isnt uk at all. 11 days and not even on a plane yet. One coat took 11 days just to get it to the haulage company! Customer services is shocking and try to act as if it tells u everything when it doesnt I searched the website before using. Misleading, crap communication and thats before items arrived im dreading how the coat will be. Only used them as thought uk would be quick.
I have a order number happy to prove im a legit customer.
Just same as alot of fake ebay companies using places like ali express and pretending to have issues in sending etc.
First sign I should've noticed was postage extra to replace if lost or damaged in transit but I ignored it hoping it wasnt anything, buy was I wrong.
Do not use them unless u want to wait longer then it takes the likes of temu or shein to get to u!
We need better regulations on companies portraying uk based etc.
Context ordered 11/10/25 and dated the experience as today and it isn't even on a plane yet! But tracking shows cn (china)

The address they have on their website is actually of eateries (restaurant).. they do not exist in that address

Please don’t buy from this company. Website made to look like UK company, but goods shipped from China. The “cashmere” jumper I ordered has no label, is of very poor quality and the sizing is all wrong. Please read and believe the reviews. This company needs reporting and pulled up for scamming people.

A total scam!! Don't buy anything! I feel like such an idiot I should have read the reviews before ordering. The blazer I ordered was nothing like the one modelled online. The blazer has no lining, the colour is different and it's not fitted at all. I emailed them several time to get a refund and I am not getting any response. I basically got robbed.

Ordered a t shirt online for my husband, and it never arrived. Realised it is form China and a scam company.

I ordered a large size jacket, couldn't even get my arm in it, it wouldn't fit a small child, I was only offered 20% of the £37.49 if which I paid for as a goodwill gesture, I should have got a full refund. Also they make ir sound as if there a UK company, but items come from China. Not very Happy to say the least

Just want to thank everyone who left honest review. Wanted to buy winter coat from them before I read reviews. (Apparently would get it when winter season is over )When I looked on their assortment , also noticed that many same items are being sold on Temu 3-4 times cheaper and they use even same pictures, apparently they just reselling temu clothes and footwear pretending to be a good trustworthy european brand. Its a pure froudulent scheme. Avoid avoid!

Ordered a blazer which look lovely on the website it was in the smallest package an literally like a piece of rag got in touch to return it and was told it would cost more than it was worth ,please avoid this company you'll be disappointed, I got 4.38 back the jacket was 29 pounds, not bad profit for them ,don't order at all

Extremely poor quality products I have photos to prove this asked for my full refund as I am well in the 14 days and only got offered 10% on a £60 coat or post to china at my expense STAY WELL CLEAR

Avoid rubbish clothes made from Chinese tissue paper worthless crap .trying to return for refund but they are giving me a hard time offering a discount .

Boots don’t resemble photo (cheap imitation).
Realised after I’d ordered that the company have cleverly made themselves look like an English department store when in fact it’s selling cheap Chinese goods.

I wish I had read the reviews first. Williams Plymouth has the sound of a rreputable British Company. How wrong can you be?
It’s a cheap Chinese rip-off outfit selling absolute rubbish. And the worst of it is thay you pay for returns to go back halfway round the world
