Order not delivered despite me waiting…

Order not delivered despite me waiting at home to pick it up. Returned without even dropping it in an alternative location.
On top of that - disappointing reply from the customer service that 'they have no influence on the delivery people'. Yes they DO have influence, by choosing reliable delivery providers.
And when something goes wrong - you provide your customers with commercial gestures. Non of this was done.
Ended up making another order with a different company cause run out of food for my dog.
First and last time. Do not recommend.
