I really like the jacket that I bought online, good quality and very useful. It was also beautifully wrapped for me when I collected it from the store and the sales assistant was very helpful.

Vivaldi did not have the size I wanted to buy but communication was excellent and they came across as very much a customer centred business and I look forward to purchasing from them in the future, they keep some great brands.

Excellent Advice on sizing over the telephone and purchase posted immediately arriving very quickly. Unfortunately the trousers did not suit my shape. Refund e mail received within 24 hours of return and refund on way.

Although my order was accepted and I was charged, the item wasn't actually available. They did send an email & a refund a couple of days later

It arrived amazingly quickly - so fast I didn’t even get an email confirming despatch! The parcel was delivered by Royal Mail when I was away. It was left on my doorstep despite a signature being required. Fortunately a neighbour took the parcel in for me. The contents are grand. Thank you.
