My two tanks fitted nicely in my sideway. Having them on a stand makes then so much easier to use. They are a great addition to my water saving endeavor for my small garden.

This is the first time I've asked this. However, it's complicated for me to take a photo of my mother since I don't live with her and she's elderly, so she doesn't know how to use a phone.

Reasonably good experience but still tedious. Not sure why I have to fill in payment details when there is nothing to pay, system should recognise this and skip payment fill in

Easy with good explanations. Wouod be better, if it instantly shows, weather a photo meets the criterias or not.

It would be a good idea to tell people what they need in front of them before starting the process. Also, why do we pay before we finish the process?

I tried to do this on the ESTA app but the photo part kept declining photo, so had to move to apply through computer website.

The application procedure is quite complex. I did not expect that I have to provide so many information (e.g. uploading of a picture).

It is quick and easy, but it will be much easier if a family can apply and pay for their visas in one application / payment.

This was quick and easy but the price was not specifed before the purchase was made. I was only able to compare to one other website but this was still cheaper.
