Very professional and responsive. Great service in helping find a villa and arranging all the details.

A really easy to navigate website with good descriptive detail on villas available for rental. The booking process was easy to follow and any questions we had were answered immediately by the concierge, who was very polite and friendly. The villa we chose, Villa Osorio in Corsica was absolutely fantastic, even better than the photos on the website, and had everything we needed. Fabulous infinity pool and outdoor dining area, great views over the sea and very private. We also had use of the linked 5* Maquis Citadel hotel facilities for free, every useful as our return flight wasn’t until the evening but we were able to use all the hotel facilities for the day without extra cost. We have already recommended the villa to friends and would certainly return or look for other villas to holiday in via the Villanova website.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at this villa in Marrakech. The ambience was perfect, and the quality of the accommodation exceeded our expectations. The spacious, modern rooms made it easy to relax, and the villa itself was beautifully maintained.

The concierge was exceptionally hospitable and incredibly helpful in allowing us to plan a memorable celebration with family and friends. The location is about 20 minutes from the city centre, but that added to the sense of privacy and tranquillity.

Breakfast catering was lovely, and the chef and team did a good job hosting us . Overall, this villa was the perfect venue for our stay, and we would highly recommend it.

We’ve just returned from my 50th birthday celebrations at Villa Lauryn in Marrakesh. Wow, where do I start….. The villa is out of this world from start to finish the service was amazing, the staff were incredible the 24hr concierge was fantastic. I can’t recommend Villanovo enough, I will definitely will be rebooking. The attention to detail at the villa was impeccable. Thank you for making my trip so memorable

We had a great experience with Villanovo in Provence , France ! Booking and payment were super easy. The house was beautiful and perfect for a family holiday. We really loved it! The local concierge team was amazing - friendly and very helpful. We’ll definitely come back!

UPDATE: Villanovo reached out to me AFTER writing this review and agreed to credit me for the false advertising and lack of responsive service. Thus, I am adding a star. Im still not happy with their service since I had to spend countless hours dealing with their lack of professional response and false advertising.

We rented a nice villa in Uzes, France, that advertised a jacuzzi hot tub. However, the hot tub was consistently cold, never exceeding 22 C degrees. We repeatedly requested assistance with this issue, as it was a significant feature for our group. Despite our requests, Villanova and the staff brushed off our concerns, avoiding any resolution or refund. Furthermore, they failed to provide essential household items such as pool towels, laundry detergent, garbage bags, hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, napkins, and dish soap. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

We had the most amazing time at Villa Farfalla. We LOVED it! It was so private, quiet and calm. The views were amazing. I woke every morning to capture the sunrise.

It is beautifully constructed and designed. the artwork/sculptures are breathtaking. I want a Witty chair for our house in Canada. You can do nothing but relax and be at peace. The Villanovo team is amazing and attentive. We felt at home and enjoyed every second. Thank you to all for a fabulous experience.

Amazing house perfectly located in Cadaques. Villanovo’s team was very helpful in booking restaurants and finding the best spots in town. They also helped in finding boats and chef. Excellent service !!

A slice of paradise in wine country!

I rented, though Villanovo, Villa Dar Challa in Marrakesh for 8 days /late a July 2025. Villanovo for did an excellent job. Dar Challa is a really nice property; services were superb; food exquisite - Marrocan Cooking -.

Awful awful expereince. We left a week early as villa was not just in poor state but dangerous - nails screws exposed in broken joinery in kids bedrooms, leaking internally, electrics failing.

Do not ever rent from Villanovo - they ignored all these issues and blamed on the "owner" even though our contract was with them. I wrote a complaint to the two owners and other staff - literally ignored after they took our money. Horrific expereince and awful company

The Villanovo team was excellent in helping us choose a villa for our holiday as well as providing useful information before and during our stay. I would highly recommend them and will use their services again.

This villa has amazing views and Villanovo team provides great customer service before, during and after the stay.
On my next holiday, I don’t need to look for any other, Villa Heaven will always be our first choice

Friendly and helpful at every stage. The house was in a good state and when we did have an issue with a lightbulb giving us disco effects it was sorted rapidly. Thanks to Emmanuelle for everything they did to help us out.
