Video gain fitness review for 12 weeks

I started my weight loss journey in July for a 12 week program and Alex the owner of Videogainsfitness really helped me of I started at 262 and am now 245 that’s almost 20 pounds! He helps you in all areas! He helps you with your workouts and helps you to calculate your calories. If I had to give 6 stars I would and he is a gamer like me so if your a gamer or just want to lose weight give him a dm that’s Alex Stephenson and he will help you!
