Levering: Ik had een klein probleem met de levering, maar de klantenservice heeft dit snel en efficiënt opgelost. Hoewel ik niet direct iemand te pakken kreeg, belden ze me snel terug, wat ik erg waardeerde. Het pakket werd de volgende dag al geleverd en alles is soepel afgehandeld. Uitstekende service—ik ben zeer tevreden en kan het zeker aanraden.

I recently bought a trimmer that’s advertised everywhere and I decided to give it a try. I decided to purchase this product here since it had good reviews. The delivery took like 14 days,super long, once it was here this product is the clear definition of scam. Completely hurt my skin, it wasn’t shaving anything and I was trying to go over and over until the point where I ended up cutting myself all over and not well shaved. They won’t return my money back because they want super specific requirements for this (scam) and instead they sent me 6€back lol. Bullshit all, it seems this was bought from Temu and resold more expensive clearly.
