Delivery on a different than the requested day, after the event these flowers were for has ended! Completely misleading notifications stating the order were moving fine when it wasn't. No card included as they state in their product description, just a regular piece of paper printed out from a printer!!! Zero communication and horrible customer service, on top of overpriced flowers that don't even look like what they promote!
