The service and follow up is awesome. I don’t know if I could have gotten this to the point it is now. The only complaint I want to share is who all are calling me and what their responsibilities are. I called the wrong person several times and had several people were answering for the same function. I just got confused who my contacts were for what. It has been a good experience.

I was hooked up with Senior Advisor Erion Hammack with Unified Wealth. I'm a small businessman who owns a construction company with 5 employees. I want to be able to invest with my own 401k and Erion new EXACTLY what I needed. He not only explained the Self Directed 401k to me in depth, he spent extra time explaining different strategies that could work in my particular situation. Speaking with Erion has been the best financial advise I've received since I started this quest on a self direct retirement plan. His knowledge base of what I can and cannot do was totally paramount to my retirement plan. He even explained the aspect of utilizing LLCs to help me spread out my assests. In a nut shell, Erion was EXCELLENT! And I'm very happy with the outcome of our session. I would give him 10 Stars if I could. Thank you Erion, you really opened my eyes and did me a great service. I signed up with Unified Wealth last in August of 2024 to help complete 2023 taxes that had been extended, and for book keeping services. I provided all of the documentation requested to the contact back in October and it has been a struggle to get any sort of progress or even an update from them in the past 4+ months! Also, they were supposed to set me up with a book keeping for my business and work with me on an ongoing basis. That process never even began! Thus far it has been a complete waste of money and total waste of my time! I still have yet to see any form of prepared taxes!

Heather Delaney gathered all my personal info, completed all the necessary documents and submitted to establish my solo 401K. Where that may seem a rather simple technical procedure, she accomplished it seamlessly. Meaning, other than me signing the docs, I wasn't subjected with any other tasks. My recurring calls/questions with Heather were handled efficiently and comprehensibly with unwavering patience and courtesy on her part. UW should be proud to have you! And thank you!

My experience with Unified Wealth setting up my SDIRA was extremely easy. I had attempted to do this in the past with another company, but I ended up losing money on fees and my lack of knowledge. I closed the account within a short period of time. Fast-forward, I came across an educational opportunity that lead me to Unified Wealth and I couldn’t be more satisfied. I have numerous points of contact that have been diligent in getting my SDIRA set-up, along with other business needs connected to this account. I don’t think I have gone longer than a day for someone to return an email, call or text. They have connected me with other financial businesses that I am completely satisfied with. Cliche as it might sound, I feel that Unified Wealth is more concerned about building lasting relationships than how much money they can bill you.

The Unified Wealth team is helpful beyond expectations. When they said they are there to help - they mean it. Setting up my IRA account was way outside my expertise. They did the job, followed through and are there when we have questions. I am actually surprised at how they keep an eye on every detail of the process. I appreciate a company like this!
