The prices are amazing there's no denying that, and so far I haven't had any stability issues. However the servers are lacking auto backups which was attributed to my game of choice not being popular enough for the feature which was outlined on their home page. The server admin could certainly use a facelift too, but it is decently simple to navigate. I'm quite happy for now simply based on price to performance.

Bad experience, slow answers and no real method to contact clients service. Server down for many times without any actions and just a few automatic messages from bots, clearly, no human here to help you.
