Chris guided me throughout the entire process of acquiring my first investment property, from sourcing and acquiring the property with bridging finance to refinancing with a mortgage. Despite a number of challenges faced during the process (outside of our control), Chris was able to patiently guide me through each challenge and was transparent at all times.

As a new sole trader, I was struggling to get a mortgage even with good credit. The UK Adviser succeeded where several other firms had failed and secured a competitive rate. They were pricier than others I approached but they are the best firm I have used.

I have to say the service I have received from ‘The UK Adviser Ltd’ has been excellent in every respect.
The adviser found me a High Street lender who offer mortgage advances on properties with two floor, single brick extensions which are difficult to find.
Their online processes work extremely well but above all their staff are professional, very efficient and supportive through the process.

We dealt with 2 mortgage advisors Michael and Colette both of which were incredibly helpful and responsive. Michael gave us some great advise at the start of the application which enabled us get a better offer further down the line. The only reason this is not a five star review is due to the solicitors we had to deal with towards the end and completion.

Michelle was awesome. She was on the ball from start to finish and when the inevitable bumps in the road (from other people) came along she helped me every time. Always at the end of the phone, no bouncing around from one person to another..I cant praise her enough and if everyone else at this firm is the same then i wouldn't hesitate to recommend. If there was a 6 star option I would select.

This is the second time I have used uk advisor. Response are always quick. They look for the best product to suit (cheaper option) which is great and turnaround was very quick. Will be contacting them again at the end of my fixed term.

From start to finish our experience with UK adviser was incredible. After Allen found us the best mortgage deal we dealt with Amelia who dealt with our underwrite process flawlessly and kept us informed every step of the way. The team enabled us to complete on our dream home with many issues ( from the seller) on the other side. We will be forever grateful for their expert advise and professionalism.
